Very clean and organized. The staff seem to get along and work as a team. Everyone seems to enjoy their job. The only negative about the office is that the acoustics while waiting in front waiting room makes it so I can hear what everyone is saying loud and clear the sound needs to be dampened

The technician insisted on dilating my eyes when I had come in simply to talk. She seemed to be on automatic: patient=dilation. It's not a stimulating job, I know; surely her task could be made more diverse/interesting.

I have been seeing Dr. Meyer for the last few years for a minor yet very irritating eye condition. His staff is very personable and kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Meyer is great to work with, knows his business, no nonsense, but a very wry sense of humor, which I very much appreciate! I would recommend them highly to anyone who needs excellent ophthalmic care.

I've never experienced such a friendly place for vision care. So grateful they were taking new patients.

I'm new to the Seattle area so establishing all my doctors has been somewhat of a challenge, but Clearview was so easy! I got an appointment, and they were very helpful, straightforward, and knowledgable. They are well versed in what's covered by your insurance, and they don't try to oversell you on anything. Would highly recommend, and I'm hoping to go back soon for Lasik.

Very friendly and professional, easy to schedule and reschedule if necessary. Great office staff all around, techs, billing, scheduling.everyone I've dealt with over the past 10 years or so.

LOVE my doc at Clearview (Aaron Weingeist, M.D.). Knowledgeable, takes the time to explain things if I have questions. Never have to wait very long (if at all) to get in. The staff is really nice, too (nurses and Admin staff). Definitely recommend! Note that this review is for the physicians and staff at Clearview only, and NOT for the optician shop downstairs (where you can buy actual glasses once you've seen the doctors upstairs).

My contacts are being held hostage, poor little guys. It's been four months since my partner's eye appointment and we still haven't gotten her contacts. The front desk never replied to multiple calls asking for an update. And now that they have the contacts, they're so understaffed that there's one appointment a month to get the training needed to get the hard contacts.

My partner works two days a week and so far, every opening has been during her work. I can't make an appointment over the phone since they don't pick up or return calls. So I've had to go in and wait in line to make an appointment. REQUEST: Please staff up your contacts department. We had such a great eye appointment and it's been ruined by the follow up. You obviously have the demand and it's not fair on your front desk or contacts tech to put this much pressure and unhappy customers on them.

I always have a positive experience here. From the exams to choosing the right glasses for me. The staff is friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend Clearview Eye & Laser in West Seattle to anyone looking for quality eye care.

I was very satisfied with my exam and felt it was thorough, just what I would have wanted. Staff were pleasant and professional. Dr. Mulligan was great and I appreciated his sense of humor. Any medical appointment is always a bit worrisome, and he helped put me at ease.
