Doctor called me, left voice mail. I returned her call. Two months later, I am billed for this without being told I would be billed. Most doctors do not charge you for a test result call. When I called and asked about charge, I was treated rudely and hung upon. Very rude and bad business practices going on at this office. Beware. 02/09/2022--- update.
They also neglect to inform you that they send your lab work to outside vendor where you never receive the bill. Their tests are also incorrect. Told my tests were fine but 7 months later, I find out that a very important test is incorrect. Also, still billing outrageous amounts for phone calls. Very bad practice.

Terrible receptionist/billing department. Called in for a over the phone covid consultation evaluation which supposed to be free with my insurance but since I didn't show all the symptoms and the doctor asked me other questions while we were on the phone they coded it differently to my insurance and are charging me for the phone call. Even after having a three way call with them and my insurance agent Kirkpatrick Family Care just hung up on me and my insurance agent.
Even my insurance rep laughed and couldn't believe how they handle themselves as a company saying if they would just re code it correctly that my insurance would handle it. I Definitely DO NOT recommend Kirkpatrick Family Care! They definitely don't care!

When i first started coming here i had a good experience with the xray tech she was nice and amazing. If it was just her she would get 5 stars. My dr takes a week to get back to me the front office people have attitude. And even if i try to refill my antidepressants a week in advance i still end up going through at least 2 days of withdrawals playing phone tag trying to get anyone on the phone to send out my refill. Im sure this is not good for my brain as well as being annoying getting serious nausea and migraines while i wait to hear back!

Worst doctor's office I've ever experienced! Starting with excruciating long waits (while Dr. K. swaps gossip with the locals) ending with NO communication after your visit. Dr. fails to follow up with test results, prescription refills, billing questions, and serious conditions discovered by other health professionals. Specifically, I had my thyroid checked and the radiologist was alarmed to see a lump in my neck so large that it interfered with my esophagus.
Response from Dr. K.? There was none. Follow up from Dr. K.? None. I have breathing problems and was administered a PFT. Never heard a word about the results. 2 months later, when paying the invoice, I call for the results. Nope. I was promised a call back the same day. Nope. Unless you are in perfect health, steer clear of this practice. Shameful.

I have both worked and known many of the staff that work for KFC and I am also a current patient. If others knew just how HARD and STRESSFUL it is to work in healthcare now days I truly want to believe they would be grateful and thankful instead of rude. I have read many reviews claiming they are slow and appt. are not on time, I agree BUT.I LOVE the fact that I don't feel like a number.
I LOVE knowing my doctor/PA knows me without looking at the chart first. I agree that if you are the patient that want quantity NOT quality then you should go to another clinic. SO.thank you KFC keep up the GREAT work. Sandy W.

I happened to stop by there last week to deliver a specimen 4 an individual. I thought I'd take a few pictures &get a feel of the place. A dear friend of mine that passed May 2017, used to visit this Clinic. She never had any serious negative feedback but that she had a tough time relaying messages to her doctor and a bunch of mix ups with her meds.
I always get the person's name that I am engaging in a conversation with plus dropping off or picking up anything from, for future reference should the need arise. I spoke to a young blond female by the name of Brianna and she was not at all cheerful. I'm not sure if that is a correct spelling of her name, but she was at the front receptionist area behind the glass.
She was quite young and had a nose piercing. For working with elders, she really needs to be cheerful, happy and smile. I observed as the older and wiser women were in action in the background but the young female was in the front end did not leave a good impression with me. Good luck to whoever wishes to be a patient at such Clinic because the front desk is your first impression!

Britta Fischer, PA is quite possibly the most demeaning doctor I've ever met. She talked to me like I was stupid throughout the entire appointment. I could hear her talking loudly about my medications and what I was there for outside the exam room. If any other patients were there, I have no doubt that they heard everything she said. When she came in the room, she treated me like scum.
I don't know if she had some sort of pre-conceived notion about me due to the medication I take, but in any case, she acted unprofessionally. She needs a SERIOUS lesson in bedside manner.
