Have had great experiences here with several docs for our two kiddos. Warm, comfortable, knowledgeable and really took time to address concerns. Highly recommend!

Front desk and people that answer the phone are very unprofessional. Very rude, and snarky. I had one yell at me because she couldn't understand what I was saying. 10/10 recommend teaching the front desk/phone people- people skills. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because our doctor Robin is amazing. Absolutely love her. Very professional. If we didn't trust her as much as we do with our children, we would switch clinics. But it's hard to find a doctor like Robin Wolf. Robin-5 stars Child and adol clinic-2 Front desk/answering people-0.

Why is it so hard to get ahold of this office? I have called four times always goes to a automated system then says voicemail is set up is this a sign of how this clinic is ran?

They don't even answer the phone. Same day appointment? Are you kidding me? Called at 7:30AM as directed and was on hold over an hour. A JOKE.

Every time I've scheduled an appointment, it gets canceled 2-3 days before the appointment. They don't even call, I just get an email that says appointment has been cancelled.

Dr. Copeland out of the Salmon Creek location is an exceptional pediatrician. He has treated our sons for years, he's great with kids, personable and encouraging.

Very unprofessional! Doctors and Staff were very rude during every interaction. The medical providers seemed unsure of how to medically treat my preemie. It was easily the worst 3 months of my child's medical care. Go somewhere else if you are able!

This clinic is amazing. The staff is always friendly and makes you feel comfortable everytime we go. Every doctor we've seen here over the years has always listened fully to our concerns and our opinions on treatments. Child and Adolescent Clinic really works well with their patients and as a team. I have 3 children all with different medical needs and milestones and the clinic does well at customizing their treatments and relationships with my children.

All of my children fully trust the clinic as well. Huge plus when it comes to doctor visits. I would highly recommend any physician at this clinic especially Dr. Hendrickson who has cared for my family for many years now.

I love C&AC. It doesn't matter what doctors we see (Dr. Smeenk is the best), my children recieve excellent care. They are truly caring, compassionate, and understanding.

We have been taking our kids to The child and adolescent clinic since they were both born. We love Dr. Henricksen, we have never once felt rushed during our appointments and he makes us feel heard. He provides us with valuable information and parenting advice whenever we run into an issue we aren't sure how to navigate. We will be forever grateful for his consistent professionalism, kindness, and patience.

Bad doctor Tsering Lhewa, MD i thought he was good at first because he found out why my son could not eat he was tongue tie then i found out he was really a bad doctor he refuse to give my son anything for pain when he cut my son tie with scissors i ask multiple times what he can do for pain he said nothing because he was to little he came back with papers with info on it that said he could of gave my kid numbing gel but he refuse claiming its more stress i also ask another time what medicine i can give him for teething he said none i ask for medicine another time for something once again none what the hell is he being a doctor with kids if he refuse stuff for pain i would like to cut him with scissors and let him fell the pain like my son did he also did another thing my son got the t tap shot and a few hours latter his head was shakeing it was bad a few days and did not go away for a week so i contact a nurse the next time he was due for it my man told me to tell him no he try to make me go behind my man back and get the shot anyways this man should not be a childs doctor so i switched doctors so far so good on the swich.

With doctor Jenn Chu-Smith, MD which has been about a year but sadly her nurse is really hard with shots sometimes she bruise my kids leg and he would wine everytime i touch it his other nurse never done that so if it happens again i will request a different nurse

My experience with Dr. Hollinger was unpleasant and ultimately was my deciding factor in finding a new clinic for my children. She is condescending, lacks empathy and has no bed side manner. She doesn't engage with children naturally as a pediatrician probably should. I know that she is a new doctor and that it is not by any means a easy career but she really needs to work on listening to her patients and their parents. Its ok to educate, its not ok to talk down to parents. I don't recommend this Doctor at all.

I normally don't leave reviews, but this has just bothered me. Just moved back to the cowlitz county area and had made a wellcheck for my child for the end of December. Child was previously being seen in Chehalis, and loved the clinic. But with their specific hours I wouldn't be able to take him their since they were closing soon. My child became sick the week of thanksgiving, we were on day 2 of fever, croup cough and etc. called to schedule a appointment, assumed they would take my child since we were already in the system for the wellcheck.

When I called I was turned down and told "there's nothing we can do until we see child for wellcheck" asked if I could speak with advice nurse, was told "We can't do that". Asked what my options were and was suggested to take child to hospital. I understand that the hospital would be a good option, but that would be my last resort since it's so expensive to take child into the ER.

If I had to I would take him, but I wanted to find other options. Receptionist seemed annoyed that I was even calling and asking for help. I ended up calling Peace Health next, they told me they couldn't see my child until he was in their system. Transferred me so I could get child enrolled, then set up a same day appointment. I'm not impressed with Child and Adolescent.

Lack of compassion and support baffles me. I called Child and Ad and told them I was wanting to cancel my child's wellcheck and that I will not be taking my child to their clinic, and explained my experience and sure enough the scheduling lady was just as rude. No apology. No compassion. I will not be taking my family to a clinic where I feel like a inconvenience.

Very friendly staff from the front desk to the care providers. I feel like the staff listen and genuinely care about the children they see.

Dr. Copeland and Dr. Hollinger are both caring and warm, take their time and we've never had an issue getting a same day appointment when necessary.

My child sees Dr. Tsering Lhewa and he is amazing. My child was diagnosed with Down syndrome at birth and he has been amazing at helping us navigate all the things we need to be doing. He has called us on Christmas Eve to give us blood test results and called me after hours to return my phone call with some concerns I had. We really appreciate him and how he goes above and beyond!

My one year old has seen Dr Hollinger 3 times and we like her. She is more laid back than what I am used to, but it has helped me not worry as much. However, I wish I would get some suggestions for help I've asked for instead of being referred to the same website every time. Overall, we are happy with her. The office staff has been wonderful.

I was nervous coming here because I've seen a lot of bad reviews on the office staff but we were VERY pleasantly surprised with how nice, welcoming, and personable they were.

Just went to schedule an appointment and saw the bad reviews so I had to stop and write one. Maybe is not the same clinic I've been to, but it has the same name and is at the same location so I can only assume it is the same place. My experience here has always been very pleasant. My daughter always sees Dr. Lhewa and he is amazing! He's really good with her and is very helpful in answering questions and getting her what she needs.

We have State insurance and no issues whatsoever. I have never felt discriminated against or mistreated. The staff is always nice and I don't really understand why there are so many bad reviews. I've never had a bad or even so so experience here. It's always been above and beyond.

Dr. Copeland is amazing but both times I had Dr. Hollinger it was not a good experience. We will be switching pediatricians tomorrow even tho I've been at this clinic for almost 8 years.

Dr. Wu has been both of my daughter's doctor since birth. He is friendly and knowledgeable and punctual. Dr. Henrickson has recently been treating my daughter for a specific health issue and he has been very impressive. The first time we saw him I told him there might be a problem with the prescription because it had my maiden name on it and that I had updated it many times with the front desk but it continuously reverted back.

He actually walked out to the front with me and had the front desk fix the issue right there! I was blown away! I've never had a doctor give such great care and attention. He has been so wonderful with my daughter. He really listens and he is real with you. He's like no other doctor!

This clinic is horrible. They don't listen to you, if you have state insurance they treat you like trash. If you get upset at them in any way they will drop your kids as patients without any warning. Our experience was so bad, I turned it into insurance and the state board.
