A detailed fertility evaluation is the best way to find out the root cause for a couple's challenge to get pregnant. Getting started might initially feel overwhelming and stressful. Our fertility center staff is making every effort to make this process as easy as possible for you. Following are some of the steps that might be necessary to get a complete fertility evaluation for a diagnosis to develop your personalized treatment plan. Your initial consultation includes a thorough medical history of both partners.
Endometriosis is defined as endometrial (uterine lining) tissue that grows outside of the uterine cavity. It typically occurs in the pelvis on uterus, ovaries, or fallopian tubes. It can also occur on lungs and intestines as well. Endometriosis often causes severe menstrual cramping before your period begins or pain during intercourse.
As our patient you will receive an ultrasound on day 2-5 of your menses to assess the uterus and ovaries. You will also have your blood drawn and meet with one of our nurse practitioners. Later that day, you will receive a phone call with instructions regarding your medication. When oral medications are used, such as Clomiphene Citrate, Tamoxifen, or Letrozole, patients will begin taking one of these on days 3-5.
PGS and PGD are types of genetic testing that may be performed once an embryo is created through IVF. PGS can determine if an embryo has the correct number of chromosomes and the gender. PGD can determine if an embryo is affected or a carrier of a specific disease that has been discovered in either of the parents' DNA.

Hi my name Long Nguyen me and my wife try several infertility office places but it won't worked. Thank God one of my friend referred me to DVIF&G and it's unbelievable that I can meet Dr. T& all the staffs there, they helping me from the day one through all the way and they treated me so friendly just like a family they warmed me up when I really need help.
I remember mrs. Carla she run around try to find for me the best insurance so it can fit for my condition. From that point Dr. T start the treatment for my wife he started from the bottom to the top and eventually my wife start to had a pregnant for the first time since we got married 8 years and that we can't get pregnant by herself. My wife got birth for my first child back in 2008 and after that 2012 she can get pregnant by herself naturally and 2014 she getting another pregnant by herself again by naturally.
I really thank you Dr. T and all staffs treated so nice the whole time I couldn't forget what you have done for me I appreciate for everything with out helped I have any kids thank again.

I've been with Dr. T and his team for 9 years! With their help, I have 4 kids: 8 (IVF), 4 (IVF), 18 month old twins (embryo donation). I live in Maryland, close to 2 very well known clinics ( John Hopkins and Shady Grove), and yet I would pick DVIFG any day over any of them, and so I've driven 2 1/2 hours each way, during treatment, to receive the best care out there. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about DVIFG and I would recommend it to anyone in need of help to conceive.

So thankful for the entire staff at Delaware valley! I'm happy that we decided on you guys to help us on our journey! From the first consultation until my last visit everything has been amazing! Very informative and helpful when I had questions! Dr. T was awesome as well as Amanda, who always explained everything throughly, Stephanie, for being there for me during retrevial and transfer and Lauren for being so amazing at each visit! and of course Christy who was the best ultra sound tech I absolutely loved my experience with each person at this office! Highly recommend.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience with the the staff and operations of the Delaware Valley Institute of Fertility and Genetics. I pen this review with my precious miracle child in my arms, and it is with my and my husband's whole hearts that we thank the staff at DVIFG. Dr. T, Amanda, Rebecca, Marie, Steph, Barbara, and the entire staff at the facility helped us to truly understand the cause of our struggles with infertility, and were earnest in their tireless pursuit of solutions.

I can not speak highly enough of DVIFG. I have felt comfortable there from the moment I went in for my initial consultation. I love the fact that it is a smaller office because you know everyone in there and you start to feel like part of the family. I am thankful to have a daughter and another baby on the way all thanks to DVIFG. They go above and beyond and I'm forever grateful.

The help doesn't stop there, he will have you work with an in house dietician, who is amazing by the way. She is with you the whole time, even when you conceive she continues to aid you. The staff truly cares, and you truly do feel like a part of the family there, I always recommend this place to anyone I know having issues conceiving.

We had such an amazing experience at Delaware valley from the first consultation until our last visit! Dr. T is amazing and all of the staff at the office are so friendly and informative during the whole process. I'm glad we trusted them for our journey. I sure am going to miss seeing everyone in this office! Amanda is so amazing always answering any and all questions, Stephanie was also a huge part of our journey always taking care of me!
And Lauren you are amazing as well! I'll never forget when you had to draw my husband blood and he was giving you a hard time going to miss seeing you so often! Thank you for all you guys do!

My fertility journey was a hard but rewarding road. Thanks to Dr. T, the amazing nurses and staff my husband and I are blessed to have our son. I highly recommend the dietitian and the program that they have in place at Delaware Valley. Without the life style change with my eating habits, I would not have had my son. I thank Karla for her educating me about food as it pertains to my condition; it has been very eye opening.

Best team ever. Because of them, I have two beautiful twin boys. They are seven years old. They were truly an incredible facility and walked with me through so much. They also helped me so much when it came to my diet and eating correctly. Their dietician Karla is amazing. She was able to teach me about the right amount of food intake for my body and how to count my carbs correctly in helping me address hypoglycemic issues. She answered my questions and offered me great insight and support in having a healthy diet. Truly the best of the best all around! Highly recommend.

I have had a wonderful experience with Delaware Valley Institute of Fertility and Genetics so far. Dr. T and Amanda, NP are so nice, patient and make sure that I walk out of my appointments with all my questions answered and feeling comfortable with the plan we make. They are really compassionate and sympathetic and understand how difficult infertility is.
All the staff in Dr. T's office have been very friendly including Barbara, the front office workers, the nurses and the ultrasound technicians. I feel so lucky that I was able to find this place to help me on my journey to get a miracle baby. Thank you Dr. T and staff!
