I have been a patient of Dr Marc Goldman for several years. I am pleased with the doctor and the staff. He is quite knowledgeable well beyond the topic of Asthma and Allergies. Almost every visit I learn something new about my medical issues. Every visit, he adds to my health literacy. He does not rush through the visit. Dr. Goldman allows the lab work which he takes time to review, in-depth, his skilled observation combined with the patient interview to formulate a treatment plan and to order tests when needed. I trust his assessment and treatment of my medical issues. He his not been wrong.

The doctors and staff are professional and responsive. The doctors are focused patient care and also keep up with newest scientific research. I have had a very positive patient experience in the Asthma Center's Center City office.

My first visit cost me over $800. I have a high deductible but even when I asked at the beginning of the visit how much it would cost i was told they have no idea but it "wouldn't be that much". Doctor seems very nice and staff was pleasant but it goes out the window when they sneak in all these additional charges and you are left in the dark until its too late. I will discuss this health bill and see if they will be reasonable. Update to come.

I'm writhing this review to share my experience with several Asthma doctors. I first started with the Allergy and Asthma doctors in Mt. Laurel before they changed there name. I saw Doctors Dvorin, Belecanech, and Empedrad all good doctors. They gave me the typical exam. I had been going for several months and almost every tine I saw a different doctor.

My condition never seemed to change until I saw Doctor Marc Goldstein. He gave a much more complete exam and found I had some underlying conditions. He recommenced some other specialist that found problems that are now under control. I now see him only at The Asthma Center in Mt. Laurel, and my Asthma in under control, and I'm breathing great, and my overall health has improved. Thanks to his more through exam, and his continued care.

I've always had extremely bad allergies and no one has been able to help me as much as Dr Goldstein. I didn't even know I had asthma until Dr Goldstein had me do an asthma test and now my breathing has improved so much. His evaluations are thorough and you can tell he really cares about his patients by how long he stays with them in the exam room.

I would highly recommend having him as your physician. His staff is also super nice and accommodating and he has several locations. He is by far the best Allergist I've ever been to.

Very disappointed. We used to go to the Langhorne location 7yrs ago- where staff was friendly, but now I remember why I stopped going. At this NE location, We were six minutes late and the receptionist rudely said you're late, your appointment was at 3. The older Nurse taking our history, while thorough, was a bit unprofessional complaining about staff etc.

Then I come to find that the food allergies my daughter was tested for and reacted to, 7yrs ago, was indeed significant. But Dr. Empedrad and Dr. Gordon had said at that time were "not bad, really mild". She had the skin tests on back and arm done again for new symptoms and the results were some false positives which makes me wonder if there is cross contamination in the allergen vials. Dr. Haralabatos doesnt know us from Adam yet (i think she must be confusing us for someone else) kept insisting that my daughter was asthmatic despite not having any studies nor symptoms to support that claim.

Just filled a prescription notepad with tons of meds and suggested allergy shots! All this, and not Once did she examine my child's nose, throat or even listen to her lungs!

I was originally seen at The Asthma Center's Center City location because I was having some issues with dryness around my eyes and other allergy symptoms. After speaking with a few friends in the medical field as well as some colleagues at work who suffer from allergies, the majority told me to go to The Asthma Center. The receptionist was extremely helpful and friendly and I was able to schedule an appointment with ease.

My first visit consisted of a detailed interview with a nurse asking about my day-to-day routine, living and work conditions, past medical history, current medications/medical issues, etc. She was very detailed and also very friendly. I was given a breathing test initially, and then administered an allergy test on my skin. Dr. Goldstein reviewed the results with me and did an exam.

He wanted me to get a test related to asthma, which took approximately an hour. At this point I saw about 5-7 different members of the medical staff and every single person was extremely nice, explained everything that was going on, and very thorough. After the asthma test was complete, Dr. Goldstein then did a more thorough exam of my ears and throat using a light.

He reviewed the final results of the asthma testing and went back over the results of the other tests done prior to the final exam. He suggested I begin weekly injections which would greatly relieve my allergy and asthma symptoms. I agreed and started injections the following week. Since starting the injections about 8 months ago, I can absolutely tell a difference.

My allergy symptoms are almost non-existent because of the injections and medications prescribed by Dr. Goldstein. I've also been seen by one other doctor (Dr. Dossumbekova) and the nurse practitioner (Melissa Gross), and both were incredible. Again, they were extremely thorough and attentive with my concerns. I couldn't be more satisfied with The Asthma Center and have referred several of my colleagues and friends to get allergy tested. If you have any medical issues associated with allergies, sinuses, asthma, and/or immunology, this is the ONLY place you should be seen!

I have been seeing the doctors at the Asthma Center since I was diagnosed with asthma more than 25 years ago. I'd wake up in the middle of the night not able to breath. The emergency room doctors diagnosed me with asthma and recommended the Asthma Center for treatment. I have been breathing ever since. I don't even feel like I have asthma. These doctors are the best in Philadelphia. Make an appointment today and you will be breathing better soon.

I wish that I could give negative stars. The receptions are rude especially the one with the glasses and short hair. The office is cramped and they have the nerve to overbook the appointments, it is an hour and counting past my son's appointment and still no doctor! They called patients that arrived later than us back to be seen before us and the excuse was there are two doctors in the back (not sure what that has to do with anything)!Avoid this place, I am considering posting a YouTube video about this experience!

I went here on a mission. I wanted to start allergy shots to help alleviate some of my constant allergy symptoms. This was definitely the right place to go to. After my initial visit and allergy testing (which is a small kind of torture with lots of needles involved) I am now into my 3rd week of shots and can say that 1) all the staff are very efficient but also very friendly you can tell they take care and pride in what they are doing but also know how to effectively manage the large volume of patients in the door (without appointments - shots are on walkin basis no appointment needed for shots) also I overheard them going through the questions with a four year old and they were very polite and were phrasing the questions in a way to get honest answers without leading or confusing. 2) the testing and questionnaire were both very extensive and thorough which is effective in pinpointing what you have reactions to and what treatment will be most beneficial. I am pleased to have a place of professionals of this caliber so close to my home for my treatments.
