Services
WHS accepts many Insurance carriers. A routine physical exam includes weight and blood pressure check, hemoglobin testing, urine dip evaluation, and a Pap smear. We gladly submit your insurance claims free of charge as a courtesy to you. To aid us in this process, we need up-to-date information, such as correct name, address, social security number/ID number, date of birth, and most recent insurance card.
Routinely, prescriptions are filled at annual visits for a one year duration. For pharmacy refills outside of routine visits, please call our office at (847) 692-9234 or you can have your pharmacy fax a request to (847) 692-5267. You may also contact our offices for help with mail order prescriptions.

She received a Bachelor of Sciences in biology from UCLA and went to medical school at Saint Louis University. She completed her training in obstetrics and gynecology at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Carla became board certified in 2007. Dr. Loly has received training in a variety of minimally invasive procedures, including laparoscopic supracervical hysterectomy and hysteroscopic resection of fibroids. She welcomes input from her patients regarding alternative approaches to medical care, such as herbal medicines and acupuncture.

Been with this practice for 10 years. Delivered both my babies. Would like to give 5 stars because I LOVE my doctor. However, the office availability is horrible. Google and website should be updated to reflect the hours that people actually answer the phone. Even though it says they're open until 1 on Friday, phones are forwarded by noon. Even though it says they're open on Saturday mornings, good luck reaching anyone. again phones are forwarded. Just very poor customer experience.

I have been with WHS for over 26 years. I feel extremely fortunate to have found such a compassionate and educated group of doctors, nurses, technicians and staff. I have gone through a miscarriage, a high-risk single birth and a high-risk twin birth (combined twin baby of 18.4 pounds). This medical group ALWAYS did the safest and best for me and my children. Now, my children are grown and have been patients here themselves. We trust WHS explicitly! Thank you everyone at WHS for being AWESOME!

Totally unfriendly staff. They don't care about you as a customer. My wife was scheduled to Dorina Scaunas and had to wait for a month, then she got late for 15 minutes and they turned her over and asked to leave. Then because of different reasons she had to reschedule 2 more times, calling them 1-2 weeks in a advance. At the second time they told her she's not welcome anymore. Beware!

Your first visit starts with an office chat with the doctor, where she explains their practice and what they stand for. She will ask you details about your past history and listen very carefully for any concerns.
The doctors here specialize in woman's health, so they understand the difficulties your body can exhibit in various stages of life. They don't only look at one thing, they take your whole body into consideration. The office is always clean and staff very friendly. Scheduling appointments can be a challenge, because they're so busy and popular. However, the actual scheduling system they use is great, because it usually takes only 5 minutes to find time that works for both. The only con for this office is that they don't accept online payments.
