Updated my review from past as I visited this facility for my yearly physical last year and was charged for it even though it was covered as preventive under my insurance. The front desk person did not care to check my insurance plan neither was very helpful in helping me understand why I was charged $180. I called the billing department multiple times after that to contest the charge to no avail. I will not be visiting this facility ever again. Not to mention they will find other ways to make money after your initial preventative screening.

Very professional atmosphere. The medical assistants are friendly and very helpful. I have been working with APN Rosa Camarena under Dr Lodd, and Rosa has been absolutely amazing and proactive. I am so happy I switched to Lodd as my Primary.

Recently tried to get a prescription refill and Walgreen's called them and after 4 days they finally got in touch with them and it got denied. Office didnt even bother to reach out to me about it. Last time I was supposed to go in I called to c if I could still go in even though I didn't have the copay and I was told no. So I guess my health isn't important anymore. I will b changing doctors to one closer to my home and to one who isn't all about the copays

Very caring office staff. My mom has seen them for years. Not only have they taken great care of her health, but also been very proactive about prevention. They also administer shots and we don't have to go to the pharmacy for those. I highly recommend becoming a patient here.

I wish I could give this "Doctor" zero stars. First off in the 5 years or so I was a patient I saw the actual doctor maybe once. All that Dr. Lodd seems to care about is money since they always want to do multiple visits that could be handled in one shot. Leaving this practice was the best decision I ever made. Recently I was charged for cancelling an appointment when I wasn't feeling well which is what you're supposed to do. Unbelievable.

My mother has received such good care here. Wonderful staff, starting from receptionist to nurses, everyone is very caring. they are knowledgable and listen to the concerns of family.
