The office is very well organized. I received several appointment reminders, and had no wait time when I was there. Dr. Littenberg took time to listen to my concerns, give detailed explanation and instructions.

Extremely impressed with my first encounter with Dr. Modi. He was extremely thorough and took his time with me. He made sure any and all of my concerns were addressed.

I arrived a little bit earlier than my appointment time and they took me in right away. Physician Assistant Jenny Hua is very nice, caring and professional. She spent a lot of time with me with a lot of care and patience. The staff in the office are really nice. This was my first time here and I had a great experience.

Dr. Casey Fu is such a great doctor. The services that we receive from her is excellent. She is friendly and ensues that we are properly informed about our health and care. She is always being so caring and concern when we really need it. We have highly recommended this doctor to our family members and friends. We are so grateful to have her as a doctor.

The doctor is very nice and detail. He is not in a hurry. Dr. Littenberg is very patient and knowledgeable. The reason I gave 4 stars it's because it's so hard to reach the office. They are lack of staffs but once you reached them they are very helpful!

Difficulty in connecting by computer had to connect via smartphone. Once connected with Dr. Everything went smoothly. There was no way to connect to verify if appointment was going to take place since appointment time had passed. No live phone contact available.

Very quick, no long waiting time after checking in. The front desk person, Carol was very thorough with vaccination verification. Dr. Littenberg as always is very caring and detailed in his examination. He also explained my condition and the treatment very well and thorough. Highly recommended Dr Littenberg to anyone who needs GI care.

The video call went fine, the doc's assessment and prescription was as anticipated, and he was pleasant to talk with. Areas of improvement: Inform patients that the text with log-in info for the call comes when the doc is ready, not before (I was nervous when I hadn't received that text by my scheduled appointment time--the text came 25 minutes after that time, when the doc was ready); and I only saw parts of the doc's face, never his whole face (small point, I admit).

I was supposed to have a telehealth appointment, but something went wrong. We did have a good phone connection that the doctor was very clear. Good conversation about my health looking forward to actually seeing the doctor in person. It's been over 2 years.

I had a great experience with Dr Casey Fu. She is amazing! She is very thorough and professional yet very kind, patient and thoughtful.

This was my first video medical session. Dr. Zeroogain was complete and explained all his concerns. He set a follow up date for an colonoscopy exam to address possible issues. He has it set up for his office staff to call me to set the date. Taking my follow up worries away.

Dr. Fu is the best Gastro doctor in Pasadena! She listens to her patients and gives great advice. If you are looking for a new Gastroenterologist, look no further. Dr. Fu and her staff are excellent! I've been a patient for over 15 years and I am extremely pleased I found Dr. Fu!

Every single person at InSight is friendly, professional and helpful. Dr. Littenberg explained everything extremely well was not rushed during my appointment and answered all of my questions. He made sure I understood everything he was saying and felt This was in if the best doctor experiences I've encountered!

Physicians Assistant had no bed side manner maybe a little empathy or concern, she was very dry! The receptionist on my way out was incredibly loud, thank goodness no one else was in the room to hear my business. It made me feel very uncomfortable. She forgot to give me info the doctor request for me so i had to do back and get it. Also prior to the appointment, not once during my phone call to schedule the appointment did they mention that I need to have a covid test done prior to the visit. Fortunately they made an exception, this time for me.

Maybe they we just upset I did not get a covid test? Regardless, had I know in advance it would have gotten it done! Getting a covid test is incredibly hard to do in short notice, I image a doctors office would know that or at least provide options and recommendations for the patients aside from telehealth appointments.

Dr. Littenberg is one of the most wise, knowledgeable and kind medical professionals that I've ever had the pleasure of being my gastroenterologist! He is extremely knowledgeable and wise and his bedside manner is compassionate, nonjudgmental and professional as are his entire office from booking my appointment with Chass and sending my blood tests to Domanique everyone is so kind and professional making the often times medical appointment making headache nonexistent with their empathy and professionalism when calling. Thank you for being so amazing Dr. Littenberg and team! You are truly appreciated beyond words xoJennifer

Not many good things to say about my treatment here with Dr. Zeroogian. Every time I've called over the last 6 months, I have had to wait minimum 30 minutes to get through to talk to a person. They just say they're "understaffed". When I have gotten through and try to book an appointment, the earliest appointment available is 6+ weeks with any doctor, and that's for a telehealth visit, which is effectively a 10-minute phone call.

This has happened three separate times over the last six months. And the appointments haven't been helpful. Basically the doctor doesn't have any good suggestions and is in a rush to get off the phone call without any sort of long term treatment plan. After my most recent appointment, he just said I should seek a second opinion since he didn't know and didn't have any suggestions and didn't want to check back in with me. A huge disappointment and waste. I recommend you take your business elsewhere to a doctor's office that has time for patients and offers solutions.

Dr Petit is truly AMAZING! He is knowledgeable and caring. I have been his patient for more than 10 years and I greatly appreciate the services he provides. He has always stayed on top of my medical issues and addressed every one of my concerns right away. He also has good sense of humor . I am very blessed to have him as my doctor and very much thankful to him. All the staffs are polite and friendly. God bless you all!

It was delightful ti be checked in by such a friendly and efficient receptionist, and I was very impressed with Dr. Littenberg. He seemed to care very much about my overall health and took his time with me. And it is always great to be called in to see the doctor at the time the appointment was set for. There was no wait.
