Many of our providers accept new patients, however, the number each can take varies. Before choosing a provider please visit the Physicians page to determine which might be the best fit for you. New patient appointments are scheduled as quickly as possible, but may take several weeks depending on the provider you wish to see.

We are Champus Tricare Standard providers. Be aware these plans have high deductibles. Medicare - you are advised to have secondary insurance to cover the 20% of allowable charges and annual deductible that Medicare does not cover. We do accept Tricare For Life as a supplement. Most "medical discount" cards, including "MediShare" plans - patients may find our self pay rates better value.

The office is nearly impossible to get a hold of. They don't have a message system, so you just have to keep calling all day, hoping someone will answer. The only contact I have with my doctor is the online portal, and they disabled my account without warning or reason. When I could order a prescription, it would take almost a week to get it filled, and they never send a confirmation.

I had wonderful doctor there, and he was suddenly gone! in scrambling to find a new doc, They sent me to Ava. Ooh, In my 59 years, I've never ran into such an unemphatic dr. in my life! She acted as though I was crossing my meds (NOT) an made me feel cheap! Then gave me a 5 day supply of my meds instead of 30 day. Ill never go back. Luckily, thank GOD, I found one that will save my life!

This review is specifically about Shirley Huffman's office/scheduling staff. I have been ignored, hung up on, and received no calls back after leaving voicemails when requesting appointments for months now. Even after the director spoke to them about why they weren't scheduling an appointment for me (Huffman requested I make a follow up appointment, ) I missed the initial call and got an answering machine for hours afterwards.
I left a voicemail very clearly stating who I was, what I was calling about, and my phone number, and I still haven't received a call back days later. Poor customer service, poor communication, and overall extremely frustrating because of how many times I've requested an appointment since August.

My wife has immunological conditions whose history and diagnosis are well documented by specialists who have always collaborated with our local physician. We are Camp Fire survivors where our local physician lost his home as well and our Paradise hospital was closed. My wife called Argyll and was very medically exact in her condition in requesting a medical professional that has hospital privileges so that she can continue with her monthly medical treatments for her condition.
Our visit with the Argyll group was with the P.A. Garman who we were told over the phone can become her local primary care provider and who could make the necessary administrative arrangements to have her continual treatments done locally. We met with this PA and was tersely told that she was incapable of understanding her immunological condition nor had hospital privileges.
My impression of this over 2 hour investment was that this individual was very limited in her medical background, unprofessional, nor willing to assist in helping to find us a suitable local practitioner. I was surprised by her lack of friendliness. This visit could have been avoided if the telephone inquiry to Argyll had informed us that my wife's need could not be met. However, I am sure that Argyll will charge her insurance for this unnecessary visit. Lastly, my impression is don't go to Argyll if you have any immunological condition other than a cold or flu.

I missed an appointment I didn't schedule. I called to find out what it was for and pay the late fee. I was told it was for a pap smear. I had one last year, and don't need one every year. I was told I'd be billed the late fee. This morning I recieved a letter telling me I've been 'let go' from the medical group for not showing up. 10 years I've been a patient here with no incidents. Please dont waste your time with this establishment.

Worst experience so far in trying to get good medical care. Maureen Breeze diagnosed me with lime desease before she even met me in her office. She did not care about my needs or even listen to me. She basically let me know time and money were all she cared about. When I did not agree with her she told me I waisted her time and was very upset. She didn't let me have time to speek and when I tried to discuss my health concerns, she talked over me and was very rude.

I've been out of work since November 24th, due to chronic joint pain. Seema Afsari, was my doctor of record and has been on maternity leave since October. During her leave I've tried get my disability continued by another doctor on staff. Shirley Huffman saw me once during Seema's absence and now won't see me. The gal at their front desk Vicky, was absolutely no help, very unsympathetic and just seemed like she just doesn't like her job.
Really at a loss at what to do about my disability and now I can't even get my prescriptions refilled. My family depends on my income, and if I can't work then I need a doctor to help, instead they referred me to emergent care, who does that? Not to mention if I start up with another doctor, I have to file a brand new case with disability.
