Armistice Urgent Care

I was surprised to know that you have to make appointment in URGENT CARE, instructions on door tells to call and stay outside until somebody receives your call, It is urgent care and nobody was picking up call. I went with my 8 year old daughter with her hand swollen due to unknow reason and nobody was picking up call. They need to either change their name instead of urgent care or they should increase patients receiving capability. They must have to reconsider the way they have been doing business.

What can I say. These lovely people are lifesavers. After being rejected at many other urgent cares today, they let me make an appointment (and even move it back a few hours) to examine me for Covid treatment. I was able to get my prescription which will help a lot. Thanks again!

I had a great experience. Everything was smooth. The waiting time was amazing; less than 20 minutes. the doctor was excellent, explained everything clearly & was so good with my daughter. I would definitely visit again. i recommend.

Horrible receptionist. Clearly showed she didn't care. The doctor I got seemed to have fun telling me how painful my procedure would be if I went through with it. He was literally smiling as he described how he would have to cut my skin in order to fix the issue I was having. I've been here multiple times and it's always been less than satisfactory.

Very fast, I booked my appointment online I was told to arrive 10 minutes early and to text here when I arrived. it only took maybe 10 minutes till they called me and told me to come in I checked in at the desk and saw the doctor right away. All the staff were super nice and attentive it was by far my best experience at an urgent care

We had a great visit, from intake, to the nurse, to the provider. Professional, organized, and attentive. Great bedside manner. The exam room was a little beat up; a new coat of paint could do wonders.

I brought my daughter for a dislocated shoulder and the staff was great. Very organized and very thorough. Gave her information and help that RI hospital did not care to give. I recommend and if any emergency ever happens again I'll go here before going to Hospital

The entire process was fairly painless except for the reason I was there of course. Check-in went smooth, the nurse was excelled. Dr. Jacob was great! - took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure I was comfortable before proceeding. Grateful for everyone who helped me. Thank you so much

I was very impressed with the quality of care I received at Armistice Urgent Care today. The receptionist was very friendly and professional. The nurse taking my vitals was also caring and thorough. And the doctor went above and beyond helping me with all of my medical concerns. I definitely recommend this facility for anyone seeking care.

I have seen this doctor a couple of times for urgent care visit and this provider honestly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond its a shame he only does urgent care id love to have him as my primary doctor
