We honestly thought about leaving when Dr Stealey retired because we live in Plymouth now BUT we stayed because the staff is great here. The nurses and front office have worked here a long time and are friendly and efficient. I like to spend my money at places that treat their employees well and can maintain the staff. We've seen many of the Dr's here over the years and they were all patient and kind. Our primary Dr McCarthy is thorough and thoughtful in his advise regarding my special needs son. Highly recommend!

After a long, difficult pregnancy with a few awful doctors, I was not looking forward to pediatric visits after birth. However, I have been nothing but amazingly surprised going to this office the past year! Every doctor and nurse I've seen has been caring, kind, welcoming, and respectful of my decisions as a parent. They have taken time to answer my questions and have never rushed me. Even the receptionists are great and make scheduling very simple. Highly recommend to all new parents.

Had an emergency with which the doctor could have easily helped over the phone, but instead insisted on an office visit so he could make more money. Appointments were booked out, their answer was to go to the emergency room. No thanks. There are plenty of other peds out there who DO prioritize the well-being of their patients over their bottom line and won't tell us to go to the emergency room for a simple prescription. We've been going to this clinic for over 10 years but won't be back.

We love Metro Peds! All three of my kids love going to the doctor and the experience is great for me as well. I can always get an appointment quickly, we rarely wait when we get there, the front desk staff is awesome, nurses are amazing and we have seen almost every doctor and we have loved them all! Our main doctor, cares about my kids and answers all my many crazy questions! Definitely bring your kiddos!

Have been seeing Dr. Achett since my daughter was 1 day old. I love this clinic. Dr. Achett is awesome, he clearly loves kids and makes my daughter feel very comfortable, but is very practical in his advice and health monitoring. The clinic staff is very responsive every time I call and is good about offering reasonable advice over the phone when you are an established patient. I feel like they understand that there are a lot of healthcare options these days and that they are there to serve the patients.

I have been to this clinic with several of my grandchildren for various well child and sick child visits. I appreciate their thoroughness when answering my questions, their patience with the kids when they are screaming or being uncooperative and their knowledge and attention to detail. Very friendly. Very clean. Negligible wait time. All in all - great!

This review is for Burnsville location. Doctors are absolutely wonderful. We have several doctors so far and all of them (except for one) are great doctors and we like them all. The reason why I can give them only 3 stars is, because other people there are not that great. Some receptionists are not friendly, and the worst thing is, every time when we submit forms which my son's Daycare requests the clinic to fill in, they DO NOT send them back to the daycare.

I always go to the clinic and hand them to one of the receptionists, but the clinic has NEVER taken care of them. I don't know if it's receptionists' fault or nurses, but it irritates me, very much. Doctors there are 5 stars, but for the administrative related stuff I give them 1.

My family has had a very good experience with this clinic. They are able to get us in same day when needed. All of the doctors, nurses and staff we have met are wonderful. This is the second clinic we tried after moving to the state, the first one didn't work for our family at all so I was thankful that this one did.

The doctors and nurses are wonderful and we can always get in to see our primary physician or an associate the same day. The 4-star rating is regarding the front desk staff (Edina). They rarely seem to enjoy their job, cut you off mid-sentence when explaining something to them, and generally show annoyance at having to deal with you. A smile goes a long way.

Our primary pediatrician (Dr. Kramarczuk) is super awesome. The nurses that receive you are also great. However, I have not had a good experience with the staff at the front desk. They are often abrupt with me, cutting me short mid sentence to ask the next question. Also, asking me for my information as soon as I walk in through the door before giving me a chance to get to the actual desk area. I often feel quite rushed by the front desk staff members.

Do NOT see Dr. Eaton. She showed zero compassion towards my sick daughter and told her to wait 2 weeks before getting a chest x-ray for pneumonia. (She's already been sick for 7 days.) What high school student can miss two weeks of school? We booked an appointment at Southdale Pediatrics the next day where my daughter received a chest x-ray and it was confirmed that she does indeed have fluid building up in her lungs = pneumonia! The new office is nice and the other docs may be good, but in our experience, Dr. Eaton was a complete failure.

My son had a strep test that came back positive. They would not write him a prescription until he went in for a "visit". Reluctantly we went and the doctor was in the room for 2 minutes at most. The doctor asked me if he had a fever even though the nurse took his temp so she clearly didn't look at any notes. It is very apparent they wanted to charge for a visit and not provide any care. We had been going for 10 years but will never go back, the doctors are very judgmental and have terrible bedside manners.

This is your A team! The staff at the front desk is absolutely wonderful! They are helpful and courteous -always. The lab team is professional, personable and have gone above and beyond for our daughter and family countless times. As far as physicians go, you will not find a better group. While Dr. Stealey is our go to, we have been extremely satisfied with every other physician in the group. We are especially impressed with Dr. Eaton, Dr. Anderson, Dr. Daniels and Dr. McCarthy. Honestly though, you can't go wrong with any single on of these physicians.
