Love love love! Dr. Patterson. Love the fact that any issue I go to her with she always listens and fixes it. She is my go to Doctor for lady issues :

Dr. Gwynn Patterson is by far the best doctor I have ever been to. She deserves more than 5 stars. She is incredibly kindhearted, genuine and very dedicated to her work. It's very evident that she cares about her patients. I have never met a doctor that cared so much about a client; she treated me as though I was her own family. Dr. Patterson and her staff are very detailed and make you feel incredibly important and comfortable.

They are reliable, friendly and go above and beyond staff expectations. I can't emphasize enough how outstanding Dr. Patterson is. If you are looking for an OBGYN, I wouldn't hesitate to visit this office.

Dr. Patterson and her crew are amazing! So kind and made me feel so welcomed. Dr. Patterson made me feel so comfortable for my first wellness exam. Love them!

I believe in any medical field including cosmetic treatment such as laser the fee of a consultation or services should not be required to pay over 2 weeks in advance to the appt. Every patient deserves to feel welcomed and being told we will not schedule you until you have paid is just outright inadequate and not polite. Sometimes a physicians oath to patients is seen very clearly.

Dr. Patterson was highly recommended to me by a dear friend so I thought I'd look her up and make an appointment. While on Google maps I thought I would take a look at her reviews. I was surprised when I saw a 3.7 review after all of the wonderful things my friend said about her visit. The reviews seem to have a common theme to them, Dr. Patterson is rude, speaks over her patients, and generally seems to have a terrible bed side manner. Well, one or two reviews and I think people just didn't get what they wanted. 3, 4, 5, 10 reviews where people are saying the same thing and I have to take notice.

Even the reviews didn't deter me as much as the responses did. If you make a mistake, learn from it, that's okay. In fact, that should be expected. Apologize. No one is perfect so if you failed to live up to expectations, apologize. I have never written a review like this but I can already tell from the reviews and the responses that this provider isn't for me.

I fully expect a sharp response and if so, then so be it but perhaps take a moment and reflect on what is being said about your and your practice. A humble approach may just garner you a new customer.

If I could give 1000 stars, I would! Dr Patterson is real and honest, she is probably one of the best OB-GYN I've had to deal with. She cares about her patients, she goes out of her way when necessary to find out what is wrong. She is professional, ethical, proficient. She is straightforward and this may bother some people. As far as I am concerned, I would rather deal with a straightforward medical provider but proficient, than a provider who does not know what he or she does. Sierra Vista definitely needs medical providers like Dr Patterson and I highly recommend her!

Dr. Patterson is a wonderful, passionate, very hard working physician. As a patient I always know that she will go all the way to give me the best individualized treatment. I value her knowledge and diligence greatly.

Dr. Patterson is super nice and beautiful in and out. She is raw, real, and honest. If something is going to hurt she will you and walk you through the process tell you to breath etc. She keeps you informed teaches you if you know know in a simple way. She explains everything makes sure she is detailed and you don't feel rushed or she's in it for the money she's a doctor who actually cares and is proficient and professional in what she does and makes you laugh. It was an awesome experience for me. Def recommend.

I scheduled a women's wellness and infertility support appointment with Dr. Patterson in April 2021. The first part of the appointment was easy and comfortable. She did a PAP, cervical, rectal, and breast exam. She was cordial and the whole process went smoothly. The second part of the appointment was a consultation regarding my infertility concerns.

This is an issue that deserves a bit more empathy than what I was given. Dismissive comments about a sensitive issue aren't exactly what I expected or needed in the moment. I didn't feel like I was truly being heard, even when my frustration and disappointment resulted in tears. I can handle directness with ease; what I can't handle is a healthcare professional being irreverent and cavalier.

I felt increasingly uncomfortable, especially after recommendations were given. A provider should also refrain from letting their political and/or religious bias get in the way of having an evidence-based practice. Dr. Patterson may have strengths in other aspects of her practice, but for me, infertility support was lacking.
