I was scheduled for a screening and had to wait several weeks to be seen. The day before my appointment I was called and told that the "doctor" had an emergency and I would have to reschedule. They promised to call me back to reschedule. I didn't hear from them for over a week, called them and was told there would not be any appointments available until the end of April.
This level of unprofessionalism in a medical office quite frankly stunned me. I have never encountered this level of incompetance in any business let alone a medical practice. I have had to rescehedule with an office in Tucson. Think twice before scheduling with this office!

I have had a lot of medical intervention in my life thanks to unusual, chronic disease. When my mother got cancer, this was the closest oncology clinic within 2 hours of her. Please spare you and your loved ones the humiliation, anguish and existential frustration of interacting with these "people" at this place. They were unprofessional at every turn. Rude as can be. Dr. Marsh had the most appalling bedside manner I have ever experienced--among many other things, he screamed at me when I needed clarification, in the hospital, when my mom was finally diagnosed.
The front desk staff constantly lied to me, frequently citing Arizona law, which I, unfortunately for them, knew and knew they were blatantly lying. My mom suffered exponentially more having been "treated" by these leaches. There were two decent people there: the radiation techs. They were the only people we interacted with that didn't lie to us or treat us with disdain.
The only good thing about the nature and aggressiveness of the cancer afflicting my mom was the limited amount of abuse she had to endure by this inept, calloused, disgusting bunch of human trash capitalizing on the severely ill and desperate. I have books of notes with names, dates and direct quotes. Mom died in early 2019. Please avoid anyone involved or associated with this place.
One can search the Arizona Corporation Commission, find their Agents and Administrators and do a cross search to see where else their viral touch has infected in the Southern Arizona oncology scene. If you are an advocate, drive to Tucson or Green Valley. I have pages upon pages of detailed notes showing their lack of empathy and complete disregard for you and your loved ones. Stay far, far away.

I have been a patient at Cochise oncology for over 12 years. A lot of staff turn overs since then and I am sorry to say that I have never been so disappointed with some of the staffs' services that are being provided to me this year. I can't rely on them like I used to and at times I get so frustrated because I can't get answers to questions concerning my health needs.
I understand that there are a lot of patients other than myself but it would be nice if someone can give me feedbacks. I always have to be the one calling and checking but to no avail. At this point I am seriously thinking of switching to another medical provider. One thing I can say though is Dr. Nettleton, you and some of your former staffs provided my late husband and I the best services and I thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Caring and compassionate staff. They are helping our Dad Harley with his treatments and he really needed a helping hand to make it work for his situation. The foundation stepped up and helped him to get the treatments to get well. Looking to see our Dad be healthy and happy once more. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

My mother had an appointment and was a bit upset with the doctor. When I called to complain I spoke with the clinic director Cecilia who was very warm and understanding. She actually listened to our complaints and fixed thing. That is the reason that we decided to stay with Cochise Oncology. Cecilia showed me that Cochise oncology cares, and I'm so glad that we gave them the chance to make things right. I appreciate how quickly our concerns where addressed and they even made follow up calls to make sure things are okay.
