I am pleased to recommend Dr. George Poggioli of Applied Dermatology. I have been a patient of his for three years now and continue to find him a caring, highly skilled diagnostician with a pleasant and kind demeanor. He is a very good listener and makes complicated information easy to understand.and on top of that, his office is immaculate! I do not hesitate to recommend him. PS I also find his receptionist, Monique, to be warm and inviting.

I have gone to Dr. Poggioli for a few years now. He is a pleasant individual to meet with. However, I had a biopsy done a couple months ago and for whatever reason they chose to send that biopsy to CU Medicine's Lab?! The cost for that biopsy has now tripled and when I called their clinic to find out why, all they could do was offer me their "apologies".

I am now disputing the charges and making these reviews online because they chose not to take responsibility for their actions. I will not be returning to Applied Dermatology due to their substandard practices.

The doctor said he'd call in a prescription for me a month ago, and it never got called into the pharmacy. I have called no fewer than 10 times on 10 separate occasions to follow up and the office phone has an automated "sorry the office is closed" message playing at all times, despite being in the middle of the day. There's no place on the website to pay my bill, I have to call, but again, it is literally not possible to talk to a human when you call the main office number.

There's no contact email on the website either, so no way for them to know I'm trying to reach out. I don't want to send a check as it's not 1995, and I don't want to default on a $15 medical debt just because the receptionist never takes the phone's out of office message off. This place has been such a headache, I won't go back.

Dr. Poggioli and his staff were very friendly, polite, and helpful. This was an especially pleasant surprise after visiting another dermatology office a year or so prior who were neither friendly, polite, or helpful. I'll be sure to return to this office if I have any future issues, and would recommend them to anyone else looking.

First visit to a dermatologist for me because I had some skin tags I wanted removed, and had a great experience. Very nice reception lady, and the doctor came in to see me and he did a good, quick job. He was very enthusiastic and personable, and explained why he was doing what he was doing. I was in and out of the clinic in maybe 15 or so minutes. And the tags didn't even hurt and fell off within a week just like he said. Great experience, and my wife will be coming here soon too!

Dr. Poggioli is a fantastic dermatologist. A combination of knowledge and great bedside manner. At my first visit, I was apprehensive due to the nature of my referral, but he was very reassuring and took the time to explain the condition, as well as the best way to proceed. In this day and age when it seems doctors aren't invested in you as a patient, Dr. Poggioli is a breath of fresh air to the medical community.

I've had a few follow-up visits since then and I'm continually impressed with the level of care and consideration that goes into every appointment. I'm happy to have found a great dermatologist. It gives me peace of mind knowing that my health is in good hands!

Dr. Poggioli is wonderful. I went in about a couple of specific skin issues. After we talked about those, he said that he wanted to do a full check of my arms, back, and legs. I've been to other doctors who will only check or answer what you specifically stated prior to the appointment. He took his time and answered my questions. Very personable and friendly. This was my first visit to Dr. Poggioli and I will be going back. I highly recommend him.

Dr poggioli was great! He took time to explain my condition, in a way no one has before. He treated me and now there is a clear plan forward and for follow on treatment. He's a great and knowledgeable dermatologist.

Dr. Poggioli has been treating me, my husband, and my 3 kids for various conditions. He is very knowledgeable and always does a great job of explaining any issues and treatment options to us. He spends a lot more time with his patients than other dermatologists I have seen. This office is very efficient, I have never had a delay or a long wait. The online appointment scheduling is very convenient and user friendly, but if you prefer calling, the receptionist Monique is very courteous and helpful as well. I've recommended Dr. Poggioli to several family members and friends and always received positive feedback about his professionalism, compassion, and flexibility.

I have been seeing Dr. Poggioli since I was a teenager for various reasons. He is always very thorough, considerate, and professional during every appointment as well as responsive to my concerns and requests. It's clear that he is a very knowledgeable physician. I also love his super user friendly online appointment scheduling. His office is easy to locate, and the reception desk staff is very helpful with any questions. I highly recommend Dr. Poggioli to anyone looking for a fantastic dermatologist!

I have to say that I had a great experience here and recommended this office to my husband who also had a good experience, and I've have scheduled my son to see Dr. Poggioli as well and came upon the first review. If the other reviewer had seen the doctor, she would have forgiven the rest of what happened to her in terms of the appointment. Very thorough and communicative and had a very nice and calming demeanor. I'd recommend this office to anyone and I have no association with them beyond my own experience as a patient here.
