It's actually been around for a long time, but I must admit I let it lapse for a few years. Unfortunately, life seriously got in the way, and then changed dramatically for me. But I'm back, and I have to say that because I've changed in my life and priorities, so the tone, outlook, and content of the site will be slightly different as well at times.
I've been bodybuilding for a number of years and have built up quite a lot of knowledge through not only what I've learned myself, but what I've read online. Plus, I've got a lot of people around me who have been on the same journey. That may not be the same for everyone, which is why this site exists.
