I received great care from the physician who treated me (and is no longer working for this physician practice). But they billed me and also received payment from my insurance company. I called to get a refund of my overpayment, and their billing office just keeps telling me 'the refund is being processed'. 6 calls later they have stopped even saying that and just say they cannot tell me anything about when I will receive the refund. They got paid by my insurance company 4 months ago.

Please do not go to this clinic to see Dr Baer or Dr Kurian. Dr Baer operated on me and left me alone in the hospital and never waited to check on me. I woke up IN AGONY unable to breathe since the post op Rns refused to give me proper pain relief or call a surgeon to see me. I was severely traumatized and will never recover. Dr Kurian was incompetent and unprofessional.
He injured my throat and ignored it and took no responsibility for it. further he didnt do a proper job at the procedure he did on me according to other surgeons I later saw. Please save yourself a nightmare.
