I had a 1:20 appt today, was finally put in a room at 2:15 after inquiring if they had forgotten to check me in. Unacceptable. I understand in some instances there may be delays due to other patients; something should have been said re this. Update: Both the doctor and office manager called me to apologize. The person that checked me in was new. They have instituted a new protocol to watch for persons waiting too long. I have been going to this practice for many years and will continue. It's good to know they take their patients concerns seriously.

Dr Bahu came highly recommended from co-workers and friends. He does not disappoint. He talks to you not at you and is thorough in his work. Most importantly I feel comfortable and trust in him with my orthopedic needs and care plan.

Prompt and knowledgeable staff, always polite and friendly regardless of how busy they are. Dr Ward is great at explaining your procedure and what to expect before and after, and he's the best at what he does. This is the medical facility for any kind of orthopedics for you and your loved ones.

I was told by a friend, who had Dr. Kassab do her knee replacement, that he was so good. She was right! He was so nice and kind. He helped access our plan of attack for a replacement in the fall. Fluid removed and a shot to get me through. I'm so happy I found him!

Totally satisfied with my entire knee replacement procedure. So much easier than I imagined I recommend dr kassab to everyone. PT was relaxed and effective and I got good grades from them too.! Thank everyone for their skills and professionalism.

The care is great, and very important. However, after having appointments with three different doctors between my husband and I, it seems very consistent to wait 45 minutes after being put in a room. I believe this area can and should be improved. If it happens on every visit I believe it is by design. Please respect your patients time at the same level they respect yours.

Dr. Kassab performed excellent surgical knee replacements of both of my knees (one at a time) this past year. He thoroughly answered my questions & concerns. His staff &PT therapists are outstanding. Thanks so much I now have mobility!

Always a pleasant appointment, all the girls are nice and accommodating. Dr Kassab explained thoroughly about my situation and was patient and answered my questions. Nikki was as well explaining the surgury to do list for before and after surgury. I recommend the office to everyone I know that needs their services.

As a patient of Dr. Kassab with a recent tkr, I praise the Doctor for having the best physical therapy team. The team makes it fun for you while you are there receiving therapy. They help you keep your mind off of the exercises you are doing along with the push they are giving you to get you threw it. I thank them all for the excellent care they have given me and how much better I am feeling than when I first started. I want to thank you for your patience and compassion along with giving me the motivation I need to reach my full potential on my new knee.

I was counting down the days until my appointment. All the staff members were outstanding. Trained the way I was trained years ago. Nice to see a Male assistant on the staff too. The xray tech was so kind. She worked quickly and accurately so that my severe pain was minimized. Of course Dr Kassab was in the office today even though he had to give me bad news and a big shot in my knee Good news that he could help me with a double knee replacement, Cannot wait! Thank you Dr Kassab and staff!

Dr. Bahu is a wonderful Doctor. He was very good to me. And thorough. He did a total reverse shoulder replacement for me. I highly recommend him.

100% recommend! Dr. Bahu and his team is amazing. The office atmosphere is very welcoming, and they respect your time. The appointments were always in and out in 30 min. But more importantly, the care Dr. Bahu and his PA, Mike have for their patients is so refreshing. I came to them with a cry for help after a bad experience from my first surgery (different Dr.) and they openly listened, we talked through all my options, and 8 months post operation I am so happy to say that everything has gone smooth and I finally feel some relief thanks to Dr. Bahu and his team!

There is only one way to describe Dr Kassab.he is a magician! My wife has had both knees replaced by him with zero complications. He fixed me up with a couple of injections today & results are amazing. My knee will need a future replacement, I will use him for sure. He has a wonderful disposition and makes you feel comfortable by talking in terms you can understand. St Joes Hospital was extremely professional and attentive. I have seen 3 Drs in the practice. Dr. Bahu for my shoulder which is great now. Dr. Howard who did a triple fusion on my foot a year ago. Now went to Dr. Mueller for my knee. I trust this office completely.

Total knee replacement by Dr. Kassab couldn't have gone better. Excellent surgeon, excellent surgery program at St. Joseph hospital in Bloomfield Hills, and excellent office organization. Home the next day with excellent instructions and follow-up.

The staff and service at Orthopedic Specialist are absolutely Fantastic when I was seen in the practice in 2020 and was informed on the damage to my knee I tried other techniques prior to knee replacement. I finally had surgery May 2021 and the Care has been Phenomenal the doctors are wonderful. And the Bloomfield office staff are very patient and kind

I have been pleased with all the therapists that have worked on me helping me get my shoulder back to good working order again after rotator cuff surgery. I went to the Clarkston office and Josh, John, Jolene and Autumn were all great. They are very friendly and professional at the same time. The equipment is cleaned after every use.

The whole staff is awesome, Dr. Ward is a professional caring doctor and has concerns for his patients to strive for excellent he has the heart for his patients to get better to the full compasity to reach the goal of being completely healed. He spend time with you without rushing ask if the patient has any questions or concerns and give you advice on the situation that you have i recommend that if any one is in need of a orthopedic doctor i recommend him.
