Washington Orthopaedic Center was founded by Dr. Larry Hull in 1973 with a dream of providing quality care to area residents through an organization committed to orthopedic medicine and guided by Christian principles. Although retired, he continued his medical mission work. He took nearly 30 trips since 1976, mostly in Central America and Papua New Guinea, providing care and equipment to needy people.

Washington Orthopaedic Center physicians work with the newest technology and equipment, using the most current techniques in orthopedic surgery at the Ambulatory Surgery Center. Ambulatory surgery centers (also known as ASCs) are health care facilities that offer same day surgical care. Our ASC focuses on orthopedic procedures.
As many as 36 million people in the United States have some form of arthritis or joint inflammation. It is a major cause of lost work, time, and serious disability for many people. Bursitis/tendonitis, and various sprains and strains may also imitate arthritis. Accurate diagnosis requires a careful history and physical examination, as well as x-rays of the involved area.

Dr. Dujela is amazing! I highly recommend him if you have a foot or ankle injury as he is so knowledgeable, explains everything thoroughly and very personable. My daughter broke her ankle and it was not healing like it should so we saw Dr Dujela and he recommended a bone stimulator to get her bone healing and she is now able to get back to sports.

I arrived very early for my appointment. The staff was very welcoming and helped me get started with the paperwork. Minutes later I was usher off to get x-rays. I LOVE the fact I can get this done on the same site as the doctor's office. I had a thorough exam with Dr Nestor And a great review of my X-rays. I finally felt validated in what I have been experiencing for so long. He asked great questions and really listened to what I had to say. I would recommend this facility and great staff to anyone. Actually, I already have.

I recently had bilateral knee replacement done by Dr. Nester and I couldn't be happier with the results. Painful yes, but I wanted a quicker rehab time and that's why I chose a bilatera procedure. Dr. Nester is very caring and professional and I am so glad I chose Washington Orthopaedic and Dr. Nester.

I broke my hip playing basketball! I was in so much pain! Luckily I got the best Orthopedic surgeon in Washington state Brian J. Nestor, MD! Doctor Nestor preformed a surgery on my hip and now it feels stronger than ever. I am able to walk again and I am so grateful to get my life back! Thank you Washington Orthopaedic and everyone that had a part in my surgery especially Dr Nestor! I am so grateful to have received the very best! I will recommend Washington Orthopaedic to all my friends and family.

I think somewhere along the people who work here forgot that they are practicing medicine and focused solely on running a business. The comments I read about being herded through the office were spot on it's like a cattle call. After an X-ray I was finally able to talk to a doctor but they didn't ask me any questions about my condition or pain level and I left feeling like I knew more about what was going on than they did because they didn't have time to actually talk to me. The attitude seems a bit more like changing a tire on car then treating actual human beings.

Two stars because facility is clean and receptionists are really nice. Like previous said in another review, I too felt like I was herded through like a farm animal by the doctor. He was fast, less than a few minutes in the room with me. I kept saying where the pain was, was given an MRI for an area that I did not feel anything wrong. And of course nothing was wrong with the area they MRI'd.
I was told "you're too young for these kinds of issues" I swear to God I'm so sick of male doctors telling me this . Anyone can have an issue at any time! Esp if I've been hard on my body, I'm 36, have done mostly hard labor for work, and spent many years in MMA! Then add a couple car accidents into the mix. Was told "you'll probably have to see a neck doctor". I googled neck doctors, and it came up with Orthopedists. so I'm a little confused?!?! Don't waste your time and money.
