Foot & Ankle Surgical Associates

I really enjoyed meeting the therapist who was working with me for the first time since I have never been to physical therapy at this location or any other of the Foot and Ankle Surgical Associates location's before. So I'm looking forward to going back to physical therapy so that I can walk again without so much pain and swelling of my feet. Thanks again!

Dr. Nguyen was fantastic! She was friendly, informative and quick. She explained everything she was doing, asked my preferences and made sure I was comfortable with every step. Even though the office was busy, I didn't have a long wait time and never felt rushed.

Dr Hess and his staff are thorough and caring. Dr Hess listened and explained "in nonmedical terms" for me to understand answers to my questions. He gave me clarity of the injury I have and I feel I'm under the care I need to heal correctly.

I came to see Dr Lundborg for a 2nd opinion after being really disappointed with the care I received somewhere else. Not only was the staff friendly and helpful, they got me in to see the doctor within 24 hours! From the front desk to the MA's to the doctor, I was treated with kindness and respect, and they found ways to help reduce my pain, get me back to work, and find a treatment plan that made sense. They saw me in less than a week. All paperwork was done easily online ahead of time. Everyone from reception to nurses to doctor was kind, communicative, and attentive. Got instant relief from plantar fascia issue.

Once I made them aware that I was 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time, the staff hustled to get me ready for the doctor. Thorough, thoughtful exam and treatment recommendations. I left feeling confident about the diagnosis.

The front office staff is very welcoming and helpful. They are there to assist with any questions and never hesitate to offer assistance. Dr. Lundborg is extremely knowledgeable and made the process of surgery seem effortless. Again, he answered all my questions with no hesitation and he put me at ease with my worries. His staff is amazing. They get me in and out of my appointments on time and are very careful when taking x rays. Lastly, the surgical department was top notch. No issues and I would never hesitate to have surgery again with this clinic or Dr Lundborg. Thank you for everything!

Been seeing Dr. Hess for about two years now. Just completed foot surgery a few months back. the dude is awesome :-P answers questions. Surgery went well. Nothing personal to the other doctors there, I've seen a few of the others awhile back, just prefer the comfort level, communication of Dr. Hess and his personal knowledge of my feet and issues.
