Call us to make an appointment with our eye doctors to talk about your eyeglasses, contact lenses or specialty lens needs. You are also welcome to drop in anytime to browse through our large selection of designer eyeglass frames and sunglasses. Many current vision plans are designed to cover many of the basic vision-related costs, but not all costs associated with eye care. Most plans often require a co-payment for an office appointment as well as additional costs that are covered by the insured patient.
Eye care professionals specialize in understanding how the human eye really works, as well as diseases and conditions that affect your vision - many of which do not have obvious symptoms. Eye doctors know how age and risk factors affect vision over time for young and old, and they understand the benefits and features of corrective lenses including eyeglasses and contacts. Our optometrists takes the time to explain the results of your eye exam, describe your options and listen to your eye care needs.
With a complete array of expert eye care services, Dr. Luther Ness, Dr. Angela Ferguson, Dr. Jeremy Beam, and Dr. Justin Dalke and our team, are dedicated to helping you enjoy healthy eyes and sharp vision. Whether you need a new pair of eyeglasses or treatment for an eye disease, our optometric team provides cutting-edge eye and vision care.
Our optical offers a large selection of eyeglasses, designer frames and sunglasses. First of all if you can't pronounce a name or names of the patient don't chop it up and maybe ask the patient their name to be correct! I know when I worked in a clinic if we didn't know the name we ask the patient to be correct because it's rude to call someone a name that is not correct not professional at all! Also when your dealing with infants or toddlers be comfortable with the child they can feel and detect your anger and attitude towards them and then won't corporate with you. Children at any age can see an eye Dr why would an eye Dr ask why your child is being seen?

Tried to book an eye exam. The first person said that my insurance was accepted. The second person said it wasn't, and transferred me to the "insurance specialist" who said they have "never heard of United Health Insurance" and seemed very put off but having to "look it up". Very poor customer service and a very disappointing experience.

I called to make my son an appointment for an eye exam to purchase new glasses, as his broke. I was speaking to a gal that seemed unhappy. I didn't pay much attention because I was not sure what she was going through. However, Valley Vision has not had the most friendly receptionist in the past. This time was no different. As she gathered my information, she gave me an unwelcomed energy that provoked me to call Nielson Eye Care.
The difference in the tone and vocabulary was night and day. I called back to Valley Vision to cancel my relationship with them. When I called back all I heard was "Billing" and again, very unwelcoming. I spoke to Natalie, which was just as happy to talk to me than KIFFIN. Which is the person who I had such an unwelcomed experience with. Unfortunately, one thing Valley Vision is consistent with is Poor customer service.
I recommend Nielson Eye Care as his Receptionist are much more kind and make you feel welcomed. I am quite shocked that I am writing this review. Its important to give business where is it appreciated. Hope Valley Vision and KIFFIN can do a better job.

Use to be a 5 star for me since being a kid going there since 1994. But after today I'm very disappointed. Was just in there walking by several people and no one said anything about the mask. For which I can't wear because of bad asthma. After be seated to get glass fixed two employees just got in my fiance and my faces yelling at us about a mask. Fiance was just meeting me because 105 degrees plus outside.
Way not cool! One they could have been a whole lot nicer in talking and handling things. Then how it was handled. Very upset how the communicate and society is handling things as a whole. We have lost be polite and good customer tactics across the board to the point that most everyone has lost their mind and humanity. Don't how things are going twith appointment next month, because I can not wear a mask medically under no certain twrms.

I received my first pair of glasses from a small store/eye clinic a couple years ago. I learned that I was able to go to Valley Vision thru my new insurance. I wanted to try a real eye clinic and picked this one from a recommendation. I was blown away by the difference. There is no comparison to a retail store clinic and Valley Vision. They did a great job in every respect.
The staff was great. Had answers to all my questions. The testing was done with a smile. The doctor was great. They have a few but I can only attest to how great Dr. Harrison was with me. The part I loved the most may be the simplest thing there is but it really meant a lot to me. It was the person who helped me pick out my glasses. That need was never addressed in the previous place I went.
That place didn't help or care much. At Valley Vision, the staff walked me to the glasses section of the store and had a person come help me from start to finish. They kept me in budget with my insurances allowable for glasses. Let my man brain know how each pair looked on me and what it projected to those who looked at me. It was a wonderful experience.
I don't plan on ever going to another clinic for my eye needs. Why would I when they did everything right. From me to all of you who helped me, Thank you. I really do appreciate it. Brad Hughett

Though only been twice I find them to be very quick and efficient. I have not had to wait more than about 5 minutes each time before being seen. I have received glasses from them and they are very reasonable on price and will. due payments if need be. They seem to be very thorough with the exams and tend to needs when making a selection for glasses. I do definitely recommend them even with having only been twice myself.
