Starting to assume this doctors office is a fake front for a drug business or some other illegal activity. Can not get ahold of anyone, period. Have been trying all day. Have tried every option there is, have sat on hold 30+ minutes each time. Ridiculous. Severely need either to hire an office manager to clean house of the current staff, or fire the current one.

Truly unbelievable, have NEVER experienced this from any doctors office before. I've just given up and am signing my child up to a different pediatrician. Shameful. Truly shameful, and there is no excuse. Complete disrespect for their patients. Not to mention when we have actually had appointments in the past, the staff was incredibly rude and we waited over an hour past our appointment time to be seen.

My sons have been seen by Dr. Quan since birth and I have always been very satisfied with their care. There have been times when the potential diagnosis was scary, but Dr. Quan made sure I understood every possibility as well as treatments needed for full recovery. I have never had any extreme waiting time to see the Doctor and this is especially important during a sick call.

I now have two teenage boys who I still bring in to see Dr. Quan every year. My older son will probably be seeing a new Doctor in a couple of years just because he is getting older, but other than that, I have been very pleased with the care and service at Columbia Pediatrics.

Every doctor my son has seen has been amazing, I do wish the front office had better culture then they do. They openly and publicly express dissatisfaction with their day or job duties some are sarcastic and obnoxious. A woman who took my insurance info didn't even look at me when talking and after she asked me to have a seat turned and complained about how busy they were. Not a good look for the great doctors they are representing. Over all I would definitely recommend this pediatric group.

Love Columbia peds! We've had a great experience with them since day one. Dr. Quinn is great and very calm. I appreciate how he can convey information without causing worry. Office is very clean up to date, the online portal is convenient, and scheduling is usually easy (over the phone).

Updating my review! Been coming here since 2019. Pediatricians and Nurses are friendly and helpful. Clean Facility. Beware: SOME front office staff are rude and short tempered. Waits are long if you schedule appointments in the afternoons. What to Expect: - I've experienced some Font desk on both well and sick waiting areas that have been rude and unable to communicate properly when asked questions regarding appointment and waiting time. TIP: if you can't get the information from them, ask for Kim the office manager or ask for one of the owner pediatricians so they can help. - There are some waiting times to be seen due to combination of front desk not being able to physically see you and the scheduling of patients being seen. TIP: Go on a day when its not packed or ask for the first appointment in the morning and Sit where they can see you! - You may have to remind some pediatricians on what was discussed on previous visits. Sometimes you need to initiate calls with them to follow-up on requests for your child. TIP: Just be on top of your child's needs.

"When we needed to talk to a pediatrician at any time of the week about a concerns about our baby, their doctors always get back to us within 30 minutes." This is our thought about Columbia Pediatrics after a couple months with them. Now is our thought after a year and a half being with them. We still like their doctors and clinic nurses a lot. However, we're taking our children to another clinic since it's stressful when we have to see the clerk on the Sick Children side.

There was once I brought my child in since she was sick. This lady was snappy in the way she talked to me. That was all I can remember. I just ignored her at that time. Again, today (9-24-21), I brought my daughter in for a Well Baby check up. So clearly, I wasn't interacting with her since she was on the Sick Baby side and we were on the Well Baby side.

I was helped by the clerk on the Well Baby side. We were very late for the appointment. And, I told the clerk that. Our clerk talked to that rude clerk on the Sick Baby side. And the rude clerk said loudly, "just put them as no show". Then, she gave me a look and told me loudly "you're already 30 minutes late". I said "I know we're late and I acknowledged that to our clerk.

It's not right for you to give me that look." Instead of apologizing, she raised her voice even louder "I didn't give you any look" as she turned her face away with a smock smirk. Columbia Pediatrics isn't cheap. We paid whatever cost you guys charged us. And, with being late, I was willing to follow your policies. It's ok that we had to leave and go back there another day or have to pay no show fee.

No one likes to be late. However, as parents with small children, being late to appointments does happen to us. You don't have to be rude about it especially when I wasn't interacting with you. We're taking our children to another clinic.

I really like this place. Staff is always nice and Dr. Chou is the best she really cares and listens. I've also had the pleasure of meeting some of the other doctors and all of them are very friendly and caring doctors. I'm so happy to have found this pediatric. I feel like my kids are in good hands.

We've been with Columbia Pediatrics since the birth of my first son, 15 years ago. I have always been impressed with their staff and all the doctors. We currently have Dr. McFarland, who is a warm, kind and very friendly pediatrician. She takes the time to get to know you and your child. She speaks to you as a fellow mother who happens to be a doctor. Their offices are efficient and I have never had a long wait or felt unsatisfied with the care my children have been given.

I just off the line with one of the staff from Columbia Pediatrics. I want to say her name was Maria. The level of disrespect was highly elevated. I don't believe I've ever experienced this type of behavior coming from a professional office. I believe she gave me a problem before when requesting X-rays. I asked her never to contact me again. The whole call she was on speaker. My daughter and husband were so surprised.
