My father has been a patient here for 10 years, & his doctor broke the patient/doctor confeditiality law. The Doctor went above & beyond what he WASN'T suppose to do, & ABSOLUTLEY NOTHING WAS DONE ABOUT IT. I took the steps to have what he did looked in to, but not a thing was done, nor what he did was reversed. My father has since changed his doctor & clinic, but fair warning, this clinic, & a lot of the health care workers in it, could care less about 99.9% of the patients & their well being.
A patient is supposed to trust their doctor, & doctors take a vow to do their best when it comes to their patients well being & health. This clinic is an exception to that vow.

Multiple visits we have been left waiting for long periods only to be brushed off. My husband had sliced into his thumb and the doctor didn't even come in the room to look at it, just talked from the hallway. My daughter once fell and hit the corner of a table and split her lip (it was split in a V shape and fairly deep) they said put neosporin on it it would be fine.
It did not heal straight and now causes occasional pain. We have been told by other doctors she should have had several stitches. So now despite living in close proximity to this hospital we drive all the way to Wenatchee even when we are going to the ER.

My partner suffers from schizophrenia. She was having a fairly bad episode and was suicidal, so I called 911. When police and EMTs arrived, she was panicking and kind of out of it. She kept asking if she could take her service dog (he was prescribed by her psychiatrist, and is a trained service animal for PTSD) They refused, which caused her to panic even more.
I told them that he was for her PTSD and reminded them that the ADA 2010 states that service dogs can not be excluded from public places, including hospitals. The paramedic informed me that he called the hospital and was told by Dr. Domingus that her dog was not allowed, and that Washington State is not bound by the ADA. Aside from the obvious illegality of this treatment, its sad that when someone comes to them for psychiatric help they care so insensitive to the needs of the patient.

Literally slime when it comes to setting a standard for medical care. US health care is baseline trash. This place is the slime that seeps from the bottom of a broken waste bin. Thought I was having a heart attack, went to the ER, waited in a room for 3 hours and had maybe 10 minutes of actual human contact. Just got a $1100 bill to pay out of pocket. I hate this place and this garbage system.

Have been seen at the Wound Clinic here since December for my father. He has been treated exceptionally well by all the staff we have come in contact with from Reception, Nursing staff and the ER Dr. They go out of their way to ensure he is getting the treatment needed and they are have been very thorough in the care they are providing my Father. I am very glad we have this service provided locally.

Absolutely the worst experience. Unprofessional, all around. Dr. Dietsch, MD did not listen/ record accurately what My husband or I explained that happened when I fell and hit my head. After I refused treatment for anxiety, which I was not experiencing, I was discharged. My paperwork states that I denied having any injuries along with pages of inaccurate information.
I was transported via aid car, after falling, hitting my head and having "seizure " like episodes. I had a CT scan of my head and neck, otherwise no one physically checked out my head, neck or rest of my body. I had to ask for an ice pack for my head. This guy wanted to treat me for anxiety and depression.

Worst experience we have ever had at a hospital. It shouldn't even be open for small injuries. Very unprofessional staff, and an even worse doctor. Boyfriend got transferred hours later after realizing that they had no idea what they were doing. The doctor actually asked me, "what should I be doing?" Do not go here!

This is literally the worst hospital I have ever been to. One of the nurses forgot to turn my IV on, after being transferred to a different hospital, they never sent my information after being asked THREE times, and I mean for christs sake, the CT machine is outside. None of the nurses knew what the hell I was talking about. I was given no call button so I had to sit and yell in my room in pain until someone heard me. Worst experience ever.
