Only 2 people in e.r. Including us and we have been waiting for over 5 hours this place is a joke

I took my husband there Saturday night for significant health concerns. Your PA in the ER was extremely arrogant and treated us like we were a waste of his time, discharged my husband without even trying to figure out what was wrong while he further deteriorated in front of our 3 children. He's now admitted to Kadlec with cardiac issues. Your staff should be ashamed at the treatment they're providing. I am disgusted.

Covid vaccine staff is awesome. Very helpful, informative & kind. Vaccine info needs to be updated on the Samaritan web page regarding latest vaccine eligibility.

There was five people in a line in front of a check in and three of hospital employees were just standing, texting, chatting with each other. Very disappointed!

I received phenomenal care in the short stay unit. The nurses were very professional and helped relieve some anxiety. They operate like a well oiled machine!
