Prior patient here having significant leg pain in shon area. Assuming it's shin splints but hurts pretty bad and my income is dependent on me covering miles per day on foot. I was told I don't have anything "soon". You can goto a urgent care. I'd really like to see the doctor so I'll be looking elsewhere because I was literally given no option of that.

I have a wonderful experience with Dr. Karhoff. She understands my concerns and answers all of my questions. I have been at her practice for over a year now and am so happy with the service that I switched my family to her practice as well. The staff is wonderful and the bedside manner and care are top notch!

Worst experience I have ever had. The doctor was great, treated me and my daughter fine. However, they coded a bill wrong and I am still dealing with this 8 months later. The bill was for my insurance and was supposed to be FREE, 100%. I currently have had to set up a payment plan- giving them another month to try and figure the issue out. Now the next payment is due, and still nothing.
I get a run around every time I call, saying there is nothing that they can do, it is in someone else's hands. I have asked for a phone call- nothing. I have asked to be attached to the email's being sent- "they cant", I've left messages- nothing. Beyond frustrated. They have also said to call the billing department at BVHS, and my insurance company, which I did thinking I could help and speed the issue up. Both places told me that they are still waiting on the doctors office.
