Very satisfied with doctors treatment/diagnosis. During appointment if the Doctor determines blood work is needed they have lab facilities and can do analysis quickly. Variety of Practices and your information is in one location. Multiple Doctors can be scheduled same day at one location. Patient for more than forty years.

I am patient for over 20 years, I never seen so much disinterested care about patients, they switched my appointments many times and insist on video consultation, when I tried to tell the secretary, I don't want it, she just hang up with me, very rude, when finally the physician assistant Wendy seen me, I told her I need the prescription right way because they delayed my appointment and I was running out of it, next day when I called Walmart twice, they told me they haven't received it, I have to called the secretary to tell her about it They don't care about patients, use to be a very nice place.

Stay away from this place. They could careless about their patients. You get treated by someone and then on your follow up you see a totally different person who has no idea of what is going on. You have appointments cancelled and they don't call you to tell you so you show up. Then GOD FORBID that you have insurance issues for payment. My company changed carriers 3 times in 5 years and the billing was a nightmare during transition. I was dropped from being a patient for a matter of $100 during this. Which proves they could careless about their patients and care more about the money in their pocket.

This hospital is breaking all kind of laws! From releasing medical histories to unknown entities, not requiring any proof it is the patient on the phone; claiming to have (&billing for!) tests that were never done; using a different patient's testing info, passing it off as mine~ the proof? The results they sent has the mass that I do have in a totally different space than it is.
They refused to give me my mess that allow me to eat, even though, being a cutting edge new medication, that I KNEW was to new for them to stock, brought my own, along with the letter from my specialist (1 of the leading researchers on my condition in the US, PLUS the pamphlet meant for Dr.s & pharmacists to help them understand; takes the place of chemicals released from pancreas to allow body to absorb nutrition from food (I still have my pancreas, it just doesn't work.) Explained that withholding that med, in addition to not being able to eat, would kick my IBS & SIBO into gear, meaning 1) I'd be spending up to 30 hours at a time in bathroom & 2) I'd have to start over with 20 days of 2 antibiotics, undoing completely the progress I had made.
I calmly stated (never raising my voice, nor using cuss words) that if they wished any further cooperation from me, it would be pedicrated by receiving my needed meds. At that point, the Dr. Whom never introduced herself as such, then told me if I did quit communicating, I would be involuntarily be confined to the psych ward; then proceeded to needle me in order to try me exhibit behavior she could site for reason for commital.
I calmly took my walker, cell phone & nook into bathroom, due to symptoms starting up. She then YELLED that she was going to place security at my hospital room door, to which I replied that he would have a very relaxing time, & continued to the bathroom. I also explained that her refusal to give me my meds, therefore depriving me of food, would be hitting my atty's desk ASAP. Also, she could TRY to have me committed, but I was sure the judge would find it interesting, that despite all the info I brought with me, & asking if she would like my specialist's phone number, her response was "she was TOO BUSY" to read documentation & way too busy to call my specialist.
I also told her I would be contacting my Dr's in Columbus, she could go ahead & try to commit me~ but I was sure that my Dr's would not only transfer me to Columbus (remember the oath "first do no harm"?), & was sure that they would be giving the medical board a run-down of her unethical treatment, not to mention the affidavit I would be sending. Funnily enough, a nurse brought in release papers within an hour. Fastest I've EVER, in any hospital, received discharge papers so quickly Guilty conscious on Dr's side? You be the judge. But, please DO NOT trust ANY test results from this hospital! You will never know if they are yours or another patients!
