I can't say enough good things about the whole entire staff. My husband just started going here. He seen Dr. Ahrens. He is very compassionate, caring, and explains things. I definitely recommend this place.

Love Dr. Galetto. Very short wait times for him and he is very thorough. Staff is among the better doctors staff, that I have been to.

This office is awful the staff is not Very good the don't know how to work any of the computers or printers. They don't give change or receipts when you give them your copay. They don't even know what patients copays are. I owe them for two visits my copay is 15.00 a visit so I gave them 40.00 to cover both visits and was supposed to get 10.00 back the girl told me she does not owe me anything.

She said my copay is 20.00 that's not what my card says.anyway I told them I would not be back. Please look around for a better place to go I don't recommend this one. They did not even have my copay in my chart so how did they even know how much it was.

AVOID! Staff of about 13 office workers are lazy and don't care. Make you pay even though I had valid paying insurance. Did they bother to check my insurance? No why should they work. So they got paid by the insurance company, I paid them and a month later and multiple calls, I still have not been reimbursed. Doctor was just ok but I've never experienced such treatment from office staff like I have at this place.

Will never go back as there are better options out there. Felt like I walked into a used car dealership, probably because the manager and office staff did come from a used car dealership.

Avoid this doctors office very rude staff. I had the nurse Jessica threaten me that she was going to hang up on me just because she didn't want to do her job. The doctors are always on vacation and heaven for bid if you have a emergency because you couldn't get in to see the doctor. In the past I had some problems with the office staff being rude but today running a 103 temp. my leg swollen and hot to the touch and a big blister on the back of my leg I really needed to talk to the doctor but the office staff couldn't relay the message to the doctor to call me. So I will be looking for a new doctor because this office does not care about there patients.

Doctors there care, but you'll probably have to see the PA, who doesn't really listen to you. The office nurses don't call back in a timely manner, . They ask that you wait 2-3 days before calling them about any message you have left. It's been 3 wks today and I've only called twice.

Doctors here are amazing! Gave 3 stars due to issues I had with office staff. I have been given incorrect info on the phone, incomplete paperwork upon leaving an appt, & delay in testing because of failure to submit paperwork. Most of the staff is friendly & caring. I have just been affected by one bad apple in the barrel. Unfortunately, that one person represents office.
