This doctor's office is very unprofessional and very much rude. They do not consider children's needs when it comes to health. I would not recommend this office for any child. They need new kind hearted health workers who actually care.

This office is terrible I've been trying to contact them to make an appt for kids and they do not answer! And on the off chance they do answer there some ignorant assistant on the other end of line! I'm so sick of dealing with people here that speak to you like trash and I would say the drs are great but they allow there medical practice to be ran this way and they allow there assistances to speak to people in this fashion! I am currently in the process of moving my 4 children to a different pediatrician office then to have to deal with the rudeness of the office people there!

The Doctors here are great but the office staff is rude and impatient. If you need forms filled out, you had better get them in early and follow up every day. Expect to have negative interactions with the staff regularly.

The workers here are very rude, unprofessional, & inconsiderate! They have the I don't want to be at work or do any work attitude! I'm a single mother & I work 9-5 in Vineland. So, I called & asked the girl at the desk if I can fax the paperwork over to get signed & if she could call my sons inhaler prescription in. She said, yes. But with a attitude in her voice as if I was a big inconvenience to deal with.

I sent the fax on 9/12 & never got a call or any kind of response. She said they were open until 6 so I left work early to get here. I got here around 5:30 & the door was locked & the answer machine said they were closed. I tried to call the next day but got the machine once again & you cannot leave a message! After multiple attempts, here it is a week later 9/19 at 5:26 & the door is locked again! Google says they are open & the door also has the office hours of M-Th - 8-6pm!

It's like they leave early to rush home but as a single parent, I'd like to rush home too & stop wasting my time with this! It's not only costing me time at work but I'm also loosing money to keep coming here! These people have no respect or consideration for anyone! We are all just $ signs to them. They didn't even call in my sons inhaler prescription after saying they would!

My son could have had an attack! She also said, "if the prescription isn't there for any reason, tell them to call us for it" Now this is something they do all the time because I go through this every time I need a prescription. Yes, I. "Me" would have to tell Walgreen's to call them! Why is this my responsibility? That is their job! I'll never come here again & I will be going to the owners, board, everything I can to make this place a safe & reliable environment for children!

They need to get rid of the ignorant "employees" if you can even call them that!?! Dr. Henderson would be so upset to know that his name is being tarnished by lazy employees! If your looking for a good place to take your children please take my advice & go elsewhere!

Regina, the Office Manager, is the reason I will be changing my children's pediatrician. She is rude and lacks etiquette. I like the physicians, but the office staff Is the primary reason we will be searching for a new set of pediatricians. The office staff needs training in how to cater to the consumer. I would be terminated if hung up on a customer at my job or spoke inappropriately to a customer. They feel entitled to behave unprofessionally. Very sad that the office staff we force us to find a new physician.

Needed a new patient appointment admittedly for my son. I couldn't get an appointment till Tuesday. Recieved a called a few hours later from Regina who knew how much I needed to get him in. They had a cancellation and she was nice enough to think of me. And got us in that afternoon. She was absolutely amazing!

The doctors are great. But the office staff are atrocious. Rude, nasty attitudes and totally unprofessional. Stay away from Holly City Pediatrics at all costs. Too bad.

Love this doctors office. There was not a long wait to be seen. They asked many question about my child's development and checked thoroughly. When my children are sick they will get them in the same day.

Drs are awesome but the staff and girls upfront are very unprofessional have a very GHETTO demeanor and don't take a office job very seriously! I've waited at the window while they chit chat, they don't greet and just ask how may I help you with a rude tone! Both myself and children where pts so we are talking yearsss! But I have finally decided to with draw my children from there practice and go else where!

I would actually commute from Vineland every visit but those ghetto employees left me no choice other than to throw in the flag I've never been so disappointed with this office as I am this last past year, one word GARBAGE!
