Lovely doctor but the Indian girl who works front desk has an attitude. When I first walk in the 2 girls in the front just stare ar conputer pretending they dont see me. When my appt was finished I ask the Indian girl "do I have a copay" her response is "excuse me?!" Like I shouldve known I paid already online.

Clean office. Excellent organization, service, staff, and doctor. Clear information and they send you notes after each appointment in case you missed any detail. 100% recommended.

I had not been to Dr. Hessel's office due to insurance issues for 5 years but when I returned, she remembered me and treated me warmly. The staff is friendly and there was no wait time.

You not allowed to check in until you give them your credit card and sign one year agreement allowing them to bill your credit card for non covered insurance items and allowed to charge up to $4000. When you call to remove card, they refuse. Dr. Hessel more interested in performing non medical needed surgery in office, my lining was 5mm thick which is borderline but refused to redo mri to recheck thickness.

After procedure I bled for 4 days and no return call from her or the office what to do, I had to go to ER. Office visit are short and rushed, staff rude, office manager is non existent and forms always not properly filled out. They and Hessel never give you results of your test or review via message, they just say come in to discuss.

UNPROFESSIONAL AND INEFFICIENT! I am a mother of two and I it's not easy for me to make appointments especially early ones. I had an early appointment 830am appointment with Dr. Hessel and sent in my insurance information four days prior to my appointment. I never received a phone confirming my appointment time nor did I get a phone call in reference to my insurance verification.

I showed up to my appointment right on time and they tell me that they don't have my insurance information I pulled it up on my end and it shows that it went through I had to resend the information and then they called to confirm. They then asked me to provide a urine sample which I did. Once done, they tell me that I am supposed to provide a credit on file in order to be seen.

I had my wallet stolen and therefore was still waiting for my credit cards in the mail and they did not empathize with the situation I even offered to provide cash as a down payment in order to be seen and they turned me away. If this information was crucial in order to see patients they should reiterate two or three days prior to your appointment. The front desk is not only unprofessional they are inefficient. Dr. Hessel was asked if she can still see me and she refused. Save yourself the time and frustration!

Wonderful staff and doctor, I have been coming to this practice for over seven years and do not have a single complaint! The staff is extremely courteous, efficient and helpful; and this has been so important to me given that I am expecting my first baby in the midst of a pandemic. Dr. Hessel is very knowledgeable, takes her time to explain things to her patients, and makes the patients feel comfortable and at ease. She is an amazing doctor, and I highly recommend her!

I recently looked for a new OB GYNE closer to where I live. I found Dr. Hessel who has the qualifications that I am looking for. I called her office and from there I felt the warm welcome. At the office, everyone was so helpful being a new patient. Dr. Hessel has been so accommodating from the start until finish. Her hand was so light and don't even felt any discomfort or pain.

I can't help to praise her for a very nice experience. The whole experience was great. I was a little nervous about having to switch doctors for obvious reasons but I can confidently say I made the best decision with Dr. Hessel because she is so attentive and never rushes me out of the room. She listens to my concerns and she makes me feel at ease. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a Doctor.

I went to Dr. Hessel's practice for prenatal care and I have to say the staff there are some wonderful people. When the pandemic hit they did everything to ensure the safety of patients while also keeping everything very normal. The communication with the staff and care they offer was wonderful. Quick service and constant updates on your results. While these are crazy unprecedented times they kept everything very organized. Thank you to the staff for what they do and how comfortable they made me as a patient feel.

My second visit with Dr. Hessel at her office and I am happy to say I found my doctor. She is pleasant, detailed and quick to attend you. She asks the questions and doesn't rush you. The girls at the front desk are wonderful including those in the back office. I would recommend her any time.
