5 stars because its made up of a great team starting with Monica at the front desk who is very attentive and empathetic has helped us thru appointments /procedures/prescriptions (list goes on!). Nursing team is professional and knowledgeable. Dr Stanford is a phenomenal doctor who takes the time to break things down so i can understand. Wish i could give it more stars!

Dr. Stanford as a physician is amazing, and unfortunately a couple people on his office staff makes me have to give one star. My father has been a long standing patient with Dr. Stanford, and the two girls that were up front a few months ago were awesome. However, since Monica began I have experienced a serious decline in my experience at the office.

She is extremely abrupt and rude, and does not provide the personable and kind patient interactions that were always a staple in Dr. Stanford's office. Not only with me, but with other patients I have witnessed condescending conversations from the front office. The previous receptionists used to go above and beyond for their patients, now it seems as if the patients are not being put first. Also, as long as my father has been a patient, the few interactions I've had with the office manager Shaunette were very poor.

She comes off as inept and unable to manage an office as great as Dr. Stanford's. The other staff has always been kind and accommodating, including Isabel, Maria, Priscilla, Parker, and Amelia to name a few that I can remember. I hope better quality staff can be hired so that I won't have to seek a new PCP for my dad, as Dr. Stanford himself is great.

Had my first appointment with Dr. Stanford, yesterday. Having read some of the reviews here was cautious. His office is well organized, met three of his staff and they were awesome. The doctor performed the most comprehensive physical exam of my short (60 + years), life. His demeanor is extremely learned, and qualifications superior to most. His professional manner, unhurried and thorough, put me at ease. Dr. Stanford is a rare breed in the current medical practice environment.

Went to Dr. Stanford for his weight loss clinic. I'm down over 45lbs! His staff is always smiling and happy, and always commented on the success I was having with my weight loss as soon as I got to his receptionist. I'm so grateful to him and his staff for helping me achieve something I've struggled with for years.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Stanford for several years and we have never had a bad experience. This Doctor is tops! His staff is tops! We get our appointments when we need them, our prescriptions are always on time, smiling staff and the paperwork is accurate. I would recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Stanford is wonderful. He is extremely thorough and takes the time to really discuss your issues. I have found the best doctor in the area. The staff is always welcoming and handles patients and prescription easily and quickly.

I have been going to Dr. Stanford for over 10 years. In the past year and half, he and his staff don't seem to be very interested in the patients. We used to talk about my physical situation and I would see him every 3 months, have a physical, lab work done, but the office would call to cancel everyone of my appointments. Also couldn't get my referrals. I love and need early appointments because he is always late. Then he is in a rush to get you out of the room.

Being that I work in a doctors office myself they sure do have a scheduling problem within the front desk. A lot of room for oppertunity there such as making sure the patients know where the location is what floor and that you must confirm the day before or you lose your spot. Maybe even smiling might help. But what place doesn't, they might be new.

Now I won't take a star off because I'm here to rate the doctor Dr. Stanford and his team such as the medical assistants are very lovely I didn't get her name but she was a darker skinned gal she apologized for the scheduling inconvenience and made me feel really comfortable. Even the scribe. I had a list of things I wrote out and i wanted to go over with the doctor but he was confident and knew what he was doing he got a lot of information out of me only really used open ended questions.

I was very nervous on top of that being undressed and cold. I felt exposed at times but he did a thorough job of a new patient physical and really requested a lot of screenings and ultrasounds. I'm happy with my new doctor and don't mind the 32 minute drive to his office. Few pointers if you're going to be seen at this office It took a month for scheduling an appointment So *make an appointment on a for sure date *Confirm your appointment the day before if you do not they will consider it's a forfeit. If you are going to reschedule do it like a week in advance they have a same day cancellation fee. They are on the 3rd floor of the building.

I have been seen for by this office and have always had a great experience. Everyone there is caring and friendly. When I had testing performed and something came back abnormal, Doctor David contacted me to let me know the next steps instead of making me wait until the next appointment a few days later. I felt that this was an exceptional courtesy.

He is very compassionate and even though I was there for one problem, He listened to me complain about several issues I have been having and tried to help me with my other problems too. I will definitely continue to see Dr. Stanford.

Great Doctor! I am new to the area and I was worried about finding a good doctor because I have several medical problems. The office was nice and clean but very busy. I was greeted by the receptionist, signed in and sat down to fill out the packet of forms. The wait was not too bad and the nurse was very kind and patient. Dr. Stanford was very easy to understand and carefully reviewed my history.

This guy is really on the ball, he is a very smart cookie and he took the time to answer my questions. I had a very good experience and I am thankful to have found such a great doctor.
