I just moved to the area, had a referral, everything was approved for me to go here. The receptionist even offered me an appoint for Wednesday (the only day I work so I couldn't take it) But then because I was more than 15 weeks pregnant they said I would be a "Transfer patient" and that the doctors would need to get my info and decide if they want to take me.
But I have a referral. It's all been approved AND you even offered me an appointment!? So I have no option and say ok, give my info and wait. A week goes by and nothing. So I call them today and they say "Oh they never submitted you" and took my info again. I call my PC and they call to see what is going on, and call me back to say they DENIED you.
How do you deny someone who is already approved? YOU OFFERED ME AN APPOINTMENT?! WHAT!? So you let me sit around for a over a week getting MORE PREGNANT by the day, knowing i was a high risk pregnancy and literally had no care in the world to even call me back and tell me I was denied so I could seek another referral to a more competent office? That is disgraceful.
You are what is wrong with the medical field. Thankfully I have a MASSIVE social media following and I have no problem airing my grievances with your lack of care. I hope I can save another woman the massive headache you have caused me along with potential harm to my unborn. Have the day you deserve.

Doctors are wonderful, staff not so much I had a uti during my pregnancy and they didn't care in the least to get me on an antibiotic, they say one thing and they do the complete opposite. I get told my test results will be in on this day and they tell me oh well someone will call you at the end of the day. They never call. Next pregnancy I will NOT be coming back here due to the incompetence of their staff.

This has been my practice for multiple pregnancies, all of which were considered high risk. I've been seen by most, if not all, the doctors, however my main doctor is Dr. Lebo. I've always been very pleased with the staff and attention. Whenever I have left voicemails, they have been answered within the day and all of my deliveries were professional and comfortable.
Because it is a big practice, there are times a patient is scheduled with another doctor (if your own doctor is in an emergency, on vacation, etc.). If you deliver on a night or weekend, you get whichever doctor is on call. They do NT scans and anatomy scans on-site so you do not have to go to another imaging center unless your baby needs a perinatologist. Rady's children and the local hospital are on the same street and Labwork can be done in the same building as the ob/gyn-all of these services I needed during my pregnancies.
I found the set-up and availability of multiples doctor very helpful and efficient. If you are looking for a very personalized experience, this may not be practice for you, but if you want your time respected and quality medical care with access to convenient testing sites, 24/7 access to the doctor this practice has a lot to offer. I continue to be a patient for gyno care, as well.

I really appreciate how kind the front office staff was in helping me set up my first appointment. Thank you for helping me, I had tried to get in with a different place recommended by my insurance but I had been waiting quite awhile just to schedule an appointment. I'm just grateful for an appointment date at this point.

The front staff of this office is extremely inefficient and ineffective. I don't know if it's the training, the management of the office, or pure laziness. My pregnant wife and I moved to the area and transferred all our records for review, we got confirmation they received it. We called after a week to ask if it's been processed, nothing. We called after 2 weeks, nothing.
We called after 3 weeks, and it didn't even get looked at or pushed up. Will not be using this place. If they represent this place as so I can only imagine how much more inefficient it will be actually being a patient.

I would like to share my experience with you all regarding my visit with this clinic. I had to see my obgyn for some tests to be done which my general doctor referred me to have done immediately. When I called the OB/GYN office to set up appointment, there was no answer. I left a detailed message in which I never got a call back. I then called back two days later and again, no answer, I left a second message. Again, no call back.
I called a third time, no answer, left another message, no call back. A week passed, I called again to which front desk answered and they were extremely rude to me. I was frustrated and I was rude in return. I got my appointment and when I went to my appointment, the receptionist recognized my name to which she made a comment, "it is cold in here all of a sudden".
To which I didn't respond to. All I wanted to do is see the doctor and get out of there. I will not be going back to this office again. The staff is just rude and need customer service training.

I want to share my personal experience with this place. Doctors - I've been jumping around from doctor to doctor because my main doctor is hardly ever available. Dr. Yang is a very friendly and welcoming doctor. He also answered all my questions that I had and it didn't take very long to be seen by him. Dr. Jones is also a great doctor and it does take a bit long to be seen by her sometimes since she's usually at the hospital helping with labor.
Being close to my due date, I don't suggest getting your cervix checked by Dr. Lebo. She's too harsh and has no consideration whatsoever. I've gotten checked by Jones and Yang, they were more gentle than she was. Every time I've gotten checked by her I end up bleeding and end up sore for two days just because she won't cut her nails and it seems like she struggles finding the cervix all the time.
Staff - All the ladies are welcoming and the checking in/out process is pretty quick unless they have a lot of patients that day. Over the phone - Scheduling/rescheduling is pretty easy for the most part unless they are super busy, in that case you'll be on hold for a couple of minutes and sometimes up until 20 minutes. Now since I am towards the end of my pregnancy, it is a PAIN in the a** to get a hold of somebody on the disability inquiry line.
Nobody ever answers the phone and even if you get transferred from the scheduling line it'll just ring and then tell you to leave a message or that you probably called during non-business hours. It is just ridiculous. I suggest handling that business in the office instead of over the phone. Overall, would I come back to this office if I were to have another baby at some point? No. If there is a next time, I'd rather go somewhere else.

2 stars ONLY for Dr. Locasio! She delivered both my babies and I absolutely love her. We were in a high risk difficult decision and she handled it without judgement and complete grace. I only stayed there as long as I did BECAUSE OF HER ONLY! The front desk NEVER picks up the phone. I had to call EVERY DAY for my 6 weeks postpartum appointment time.
From the day I came home from the hospital for 5 weeks I called. Also- my coding/insurance wasn't correct and I still owe $500 for blood work that is covered by my insurance but the office keeps not submitting it or submitting it incorrectly. I hear great things about all the doctors and I love the nurses. But they are very misrepresented by the disaster that is their phones, scheduling, and billing.

Wow. My daughter had an appointment for 11am and wont be seen by the Dr. until Noon. We arrived ten minutes early and still waiting. Poor office management. Scheduling is not that difficult. And at noon when I was finally able to speak with the admin assistant who identified herself as the only administrator available we were notified the Dr. agreed to keep the appointment but my daughter would have to wait for "several" more hours. Needless to say we left and went to see her PCP. This office needs to make a drastic change with the office staff if they want to be considered patient friendly.
