We absolutely love Dr Pillai and her PA, Natalie. We have received wonderful care from both of them. We stated with Dr Pillai's office when my oldest were already starting school but our 3rd has been going since she was born. We love the office and they readily have sick appointments available. And she has two locations which also helps with availability.

Very informative and patient with you. They listen and provide the best solution for you. We drive from Hemet for her staffs care. Recently had a xray that took almost two weeks to get results, Im not sure if it was the xray staff or the doctors office, but once I called they were on top of it. I could not find a doctor like DrPillai and her staff here.
They are very efficient, as I have four kids and they get physicals at different times, yet every time they treat each one in the same way. I appreciate that each patient gets the treated equally during physicals as it should be.

My daughter's and I love Dr. Pillai, she's been seeing them since they were born. She's become more popular over the years as Murrieta continues to grow. Her nurses are outstanding and their is also a second doctor in the office that assist with the needs of the community. There are two waiting areas which I do appreciate, one for the sick and the other for patients visiting for check up etc. She's also available after hours for emergency questions. She does an absolute amazing job caring for the children in the community.

I would love to give 4 stars but as others here say, Dr. Van is RUDE. She didn't do a complete physical on my 5 month old because she was so fixated on my daughters vaccine schedule. Do your job. And if you can't keep your opinions and judgements to yourself without neglecting your job and not properly attending to your little patients, move on. It's time to find a new field. Dr. Pillai is an amazing doctor. Because of her, I will continue taking my little ones here. Dr. Van will NOT be seeing my kids.

Dr. Pillai and her PA Natalie are very nice! But the other PA Van Nuygen is RUDE. She rude and argued with me when my daughter had a food allergy, didn't want to listen and kept blaming it on a cold, so I refused to see her anymore. This last time was my youngest daughter needed to be seen and the appointment was made with Van, I thought maybe she had changed and sure enough during our visit came off with a smart remark when I told her I was unsure of what kind of schedule I wanted to do my daughters vaccines. "well it's either yes or no" just really rude. Definitely ask to see Natalie or Dr Sindu.

Moved out of state after my military contract ended my daughter's new pediatrician can't get her medical records even though they have sent my signed release twice and I can't get through to them my child was already behind on vacations when she started at this office and is falling further behind because my Dr can't do any till they know what she already has.

Horrible "doctor." I went into labor and got tested for Covid. Unbeknownst to me I tested positive even though I didn't show any symptoms (I was in quarantine most of my pregnancy aside from the monthly OB visits) - thank god I didn't experience anything. So I didn't get to choose my pediatrician and had this lady the day I gave birth. She came and checked in my baby for like 10 seconds.
She refused to see him for a follow up. I brought him home and tried calling her again, she really made me feel hopeless. I cried for my baby because as a first time mom I didn't know what I could have done. I felt like she really didn't want to help me (I mean she didn't). I get it, I tested positive, but you're a doctor, he's a newborn that needs to be looked at.
Even the nurses were surprised this lady didn't want to see him. I then decided to call my insurance to look for another pediatrician. Thank god for Children's primary care medical group and the doctor there for seeing him ON THE DAY I called their office. He had minor jaundice, I didn't know what I would have done if I waited for this lady. Worst experience.
I advise you all to bring your babies to someone who actually would take care of your baby no matter what (since that's what you do as a doctor, right? How do you refuse a sick baby?)

Not once did the nurses/staff make me feel bad for arriving late due to traffic. Never once did they suggest I reschedule when my children's previous Doctor's office failed to fax over some information that was required for one child. They waited patiently while I attempted to get ahold of them & the receptionist assisted me. Not once did they appear annoyed with how long it took for the previous Doctor's office to get the needed information successfully faxed.
My girls haven't had their vaccinations in awhile due to moving & etc. We were a bit behind our extended schedule. The amount of patience displayed today is something I'm absolutely in awe of. Their hearts are in this for the best reasons. It shows. One child wrote 'notes' (scribbles) on the information sheet & was thanked by staff for her wonderful contribution to the information. I could keep going; but I think you get the idea.

Dr. Pillai is a very busy doctor for a good reason. She has been my family's pediatrician since my now teenage nephew was an infant. She remember all of her patients, her cell # is available for weekend/ emergency calls and she will always call back. You might have to wait a little while at times, but she now has two offices and a PA, so you are always taken care of. I recommend her to anybody looking for a good pediatrician.

Great office and staff and great Dr.! Dr. Pillai really cares and is on call 24/7 for anything you need. My baby has been very well taken care of here and they have helped with formula since my son had to be on the most expensive kind since he had such bad tummy issues. I would recommend any new or. Not new parents to check her out!

Dr. Pillai was our family pediatrician for over a decade. She is a caring, responsive, and competent physician. She possessed a quality that is rare to find in doctors- the ability to maintain a position of authority as a health care provider while still listening/hearing, valuing parental input and partnering with the parent for the best interest of the child. Times she ran late never bothered us because if she was offering extra time to someone that caused her schedule to run a bit behind, I knew that if we ever needed extra time that consideration would be offered to us, also. I highly recommend her!

We moved to Murrieta in 2008 and were thrilled to have found Dr. Pillai. She gets to know her patients personally and goes above and beyond. As a mother of five having a personal relationship with my children's doctor is very important. She is the best! My children LOVE her and we are blessed to have found her!
