Highly recommended! The FCC staff were courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. They were also highly responsive via both phone and email to address any questions I had about the procedure. Parking at their office was also easy, free, and convenient. Their website also has a useful 3-D virtual tour feature that can give you a sense of what the patient rooms and layouts look like prior to your visit.

This place is a disaster. Missing paperwork, misquoted prices, ridiculous wait times, repetitive forms to fill out, unhelpful and rude staff, failure to return results in the appropriate time frame and so much more. From the get go they couldn't even send me an email even after I spelled it out for the lady twice. I gave them my ID to scan, and they completely forgot to give it back OR actually scan it.

One representative would tell me one thing, and the other would say something entirely different. The idea of the testing already made me uncomfortable, and they made the entire process so much worse. They don't even deserve one star.

Only shop in all of SD. Deceptive billing practices and an unwillingness to be helpful as they "don't accept insurance of ANY kind". Hard to say anything positive about a place that makes it so dehumanizing and stressful to get the required paperwork to file a claim. Would recommend any other clinic besides this one.

My first iui was extremely painful the girl was struggling to do it and was pretty much blaming my uterus for it. She was very cold about it, after it was done I felt like I was on my period because of how much I was bleeding. The second and third were fine. The only thing they did on me was blood work and ultrasounds. I ended up going to a place to do ivf there they did bloodwork and a hysteroscopy to make sure everything is good. Well it turned out I have a uterus infection and im pretty sure it was from this place. I wouldn't reccomend this place. I'm pretty upset I spent $5k here

Monika is the best. She is extremely helpful and explains everything in detail so you leave their with no questions. She made me feel so comfortable during the ultrasounds and was very sincere and took her time without rushing you out the door. She is very professional and super sweet. Cindy, Monica, and Jessie are amazing. You can tell they really care about their patients. They got me my bfp on the first iui. Sadly OT ended in miscarriage, but Cindy was there every step of the way. She was compassionate and mailed and called when I went to emergency room. I can't thank them enough for the care they've given me. They're prices are also fair and they offer military discount. I highly recommend that you seek them out for your fertility needs.
