Highly recommend Dr. Yashar! Very personable doctor who addresses all of your concerns and questions. I was a new patient looking for a new dermatologist and had some bad experiences at different places. Dr. Yashar offered great advice on my condition based on his personal experience and professional experience. Very cool Doctor with a good sense of humor as well. 5/5 recommend!

Dr. Yashar and his staff are awesome. I had a cyst on my scalp that I needed removed and I was in and out before I knew it. Which is crazy because it's a difficult spot for a removal. He is also just a cool guy and very easy-going. Well worth the drive from Venice. Will definitely be back if I have any dermatological needs.

I was sent to Dr. Yashar by my primary care physician for a basic skin care exam. I had several spots, discolorations, moles etc. Dr. Yashar assured me most of these blemishes were not of a serious nature. One looked suspicious and he did a biopsy. Several days later I received a letter in the mail informing me that the biopsy was negative. Since then I return to Dr. Yashar every six months for a "tune up" having any discolorations frozen off. I'm am very thankful to Dr. Yashar for keeping me healthy and ahead of any skin cancer problems.
His assistant is very courteous and caring. I have never had to wait more than five minutes for a scheduled appointment. The highlight of your visit will be the patient waiting room. It's fully stocked with coffee, hot chocolate, cookies, chips, granola bars and candies! Very nice touch. The waiting room chairs are very comfortable. Also, Dr, Yashar always provides me with a bag of lotions, sunscreens, and other skin products. Top rate. This is one doctor I look forward to visiting!

I highly recommend Dr. Sharam. I have been going to him for some years and have tried other doctors along the way due to the commute. But I recently went to see him to fix a foot related issue another doctor could not due properly. He took care of the problem I was having like a champ! Never will I short change my health again over a commute! The doctor is very professional, humble and takes pride in his profession!

I have been a patient of Dr. Yashar for about 4 years. I was referred to him by another dermatologist for a Mohs Surgery because she didn't do them. I've had many, many skin cancers removed over 25-30 years, and I couldn't count the number that have been frozen. I can assure you I know a good dermatologist when I encounter one. Dr. Yashar is a GREAT dermatologist.
I can honestly say he at least saved me from major surgery, and may have saved my life. I had a small spot on my skin that I thought nothing of. Dr. Yashar examined me and decided to take a biopsy. It turned out the spot was a very rare Melanoma. It did require an extensive surgery but he caught it early and I'll forever be grateful for that.

This office pulled a bait and switch on me. After calling their office and giving all my medical info. No response after waiting a week. I called back and the secretary blames the issue on students working in the facility, wow. They take my info again, this time they call me back to set an appointment. I assume it is at the anaheim hills office, since that is the location of this phone number and that is also where i said i lived.
But no, i show up a week later for my appointment and they say, we are in signal hill now. Bad form. I dont trust these guys to be competent with medical care. If they cant even keep their office straight. Plus they said they dont take obama care, but they took my covered ca ppo? So basically they dont help poor people

Seriously such a great experience here. Dr Yashar and his staff, including April are so great! Both very knowledgable and bed side manner is so comforting. They also have amazing prices on Botox and facials including laser treatment. Just got both of them done. As soon as my face is all healed I'll post picture. So far I'm so happy with out come.
I got laser resurfacing, which was done in minimal time and they were very Thorough on what they were going to do and possible side effect and healing process. They have this amazing new silicon gel they used on my face to speed up the healing process and minimize the discomfort and down time. I highly recommend Dr. Yashar and his practice for your dermatology or aesthetic needs :

Dr. Yashar is a awesome surgeon who does his best to make his patients feel comfortable and at ease. He is very professional and does an outstanding job with his surgical expertise to minimize your scarring. I had a serious skin cancer removed from my nose which was very close to my eye. Dr. Yashar did a great job. I did not feel any discomfort and Dr. Yashar talks you through the process with a very reassuring manner which puts you at ease. Dr. Yashar is very humble and pleasant.
I feel very blessed to have been referred to Dr. Yashar. He has a lot of experience and he is my go to surgeon for serious dermatology issues. In addition to Dr. Yashar, his assistant April is also awesome and so very pleasant to deal with. I had many apprehensions about my surgery before my visit and the caring attitude and expertise of Dr. Yashar and April helped me so much which I greatly appreciated. You guys are the "Greatest." Dan

If I could give zero stars I would. Dr Yashar and his staff are very unprofessional. I saw him for 1 minute and he left the room, which by the way has a curtain instead of a door and everything being said in and out on the "room" can be heard. His staff were cursing on the other side of the curtain. I was given forms to sign and when it said doctors signature an assistant tried to sign it. This is a joke of an office. He needs to upgrade his conditions!

I had my radiesse filler done by Dr Yashar twice and had no problem, he was very courteous and he listens to what his clients wants to be done. He explains the procedure and what is really good for the client. However he still follows whatever his clients wants after a few suggestions. He gave me good discount on my 2nd visit and hoping to see him again this week before i travel outside the country. Gave him 5 star because he listens to what his clients wants.

Absolute joke of an office. I made an appointment 2 days prior and when I arrived. I was given papers to complete as usual. After about 10 minutes I was told I wasn't on the schedule and I probably made an appointment with "a guy". I was told to wait some more. After going to the exam room, I finally saw the doctor's feet under a curtain at 57 minutes in.
He left. I was told by an assistance that he probably went to an "easier" patient when I asked what's going on and that I had to get back to work. I popped my head out 10 minutes later and said I need to go if I don't see him in 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, I went to the front and asked for a refund of my $100 deductible charge I had paid with cc. (tip: don't pay until the end) While the girl was processing the refund, I saw the doctor walk out with a look on his face that indicated he knew there was a problem.
He refused to acknowledge my concerns or apologize for the wait in any way. Without speaking, he ran off into his office. I got the hell out of there never to return. Bonus problem: there was a female assistance (blonde chick) that has no bedside manner whatsoever. She comes into occupied patient rooms without knocking while chewing gum. She threw a clipboard at another patient and told her to wait in the room.
The patient said "and?" as if to indicate to her that the instructions weren't clear and she was being rude. I don't think she caught on or cared. There was 1 nice gentleman who handled the intake process. Very professional and courteous. Hopefully he'll find a real office or hospital and not this dump.

I am a new patient and just made my first visit. Waiting time was quick, filling out very short forms went quick and got right in. Dr. Yashar was very professional and answered all my questions and took his time to be thorough. I had 2 biopsies and no pain, quick and out. Just the way I like it quick. I would use him again with no hesitation.

Eh, not so much.at least not from my experience. Was here to get some warts removed. I think this place used to be some type of office building, as there's a huge atruim-esque area with offices on the perimeter. An interesting, albeit disturbing observation that there were a couple birds up in the rafters. I can't be sure if they were carrying any avian flu, but I'd like to have the facilities for any medical treatment be animal-free. Dermatologist told me my warts were "huge and precancerous." I'm not a medical doctor, but either he's seen plenty of warts to know what to look for, or he just diagnoses simply by sight.
Two other doctors I've spoken with asked if he did a biopsy. Well, no.doesn't make me feel any better. Bedside manner was clinical, at best. Not that I want to be best friends of drinking buddies, but I didn't feel like my level of service was met. Other interesting tidbit is that since I have insurance through work (which isn't real common in the world of private contract security), the fee was $60; but they have a note that says any charges of $100 or more must be paid in cash. Ok, let's clarify; you have a point-of-sale machine, but I can't put a charge over $100 on it. Lame.
I can understand a minimum charge, but a maximum charge? Heck, their own website shows treatments in the $150+ range.better bring cash. Only positives were that my appointment time was honored (hate when doctors schedule several people for the same time, like my soon to be ex-primary care physician) and they're local. Hint: Go on their website for their fee schedule and bring cash.
