You can also pay your bill securely online with a credit card or pay directly through your checking or savings account. My husband was brought in with a medical emergency this past weekend. We were all so worried & scared. The staff was so caring and accommodating. They treated him and us with such kindness. Dr. Singh Is amazing and goes above and beyond to make sure his patients and their families are informed. Chelsea on the fourth floor is a rockstar. Her sweet southern charm made us feel right at home. No one ever wants to have a medical emergency but we feel so fortunate that we were brought to this facility.

This place has gone downhill. There are so many things wrong with this place, where to even start? I would say about 8 out of 10 staff you encounter have no concept of professionalism. Their billing is atrocious! Get ready to pull your hair out. I got a bill recently where they got every important piece of information wrong except for the type of service provided.
Wrong date of service, wrong patient and didn't even submit to insurance. They've only scanned the insurance cards three times this year (they scanned it each time my girls would go for their yearly check ups) and they still can't get it right. These are just the most recent screw ups, there's a ten year mountain of screw ups from these clowns. I can see myself moving to the clinic to avoid this circus.

For a large company such as Benefis you would think that they would be able to call people back in a timely manner. I mean i have had multiple occurrences where i have called to either make an appointment or to pay a bill and i never receive a call back! Today is day 4 on trying to make a payment! I mean i know they want the money so why don't they return calls!
