The construction fence will go up (see red area on map) to prepare for the tower construction and will block off the first 6 rows of parking in front of the Hospital/Specialty Center. We have adjusted staff and patient parking assignments to better accommodate patients. We are still maintaining our drop-off and pick-up lanes which are open for usage.

Areas for patient parking are listed in green on the map. Thank you for you understanding. The Great Falls Clinic is pleased to welcome Erin Legel, Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), to our Physical Therapy team.
Services
Founded in 1917, the Great Falls Clinic is the fourth oldest medical clinic west of the Mississippi. Originally based on the vision that quality healthcare need not be confined to large urban centers, our mission today is focused on becoming Montana's healthcare choice. To accomplish our goal, we strive to assess and meet the needs of the 250,000 residents living in the seventeen north central Montana counties that we serve.
The Great Falls Clinic is a proud member of Privia Medical Group. The best doctors in our community have joined together to form Privia Medical Group (PMG) a multi-specialty, high-performance medical group that puts patients first. Our physicians are united by the mission of providing better, more coordinated care for their patients.
To make sure there are no delays in care during your first visit experience, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure your registration is complete before meeting with your new provider. In an effort to respect the time of all of patients, our staff strives to stay on schedule so that other patients do not have to wait.
The Great Falls Clinic is unable to e-mail medical records. Medical record requests have a 30-day processing time frame. If you are a new patient, please request a copy of your medical records to be sent to your new Great Falls Clinic provider 2 to 4 weeks prior to your visit; we are happy to assist you with this process.

I was going to big building for a pre op which was phoned in. But I am used to drs and other medical ppl not taking my illness seriously. I am lucky I have specialist that makes sure I am cared for. But my friend went to the old building for her appt. In which she was told they would finally take care of her for a skin condition that has ulcers all over her body.

She has spent a year in and out of specialist offices. And being given meds and creams that don't work. The first thing this new dr did was not examine the ulcer on her head. And tell her that she needed to see a specialist, then they told her to go the walk in, which she had multiple times. She broke down in tears, to which they told her if she didn't calm down she would be escorted off the premises.

She had a panic attack and they escorted out to her car. And let her drive away sobbing and having panic attack. I am assuming because once they tossed her out they hold no responsibility for caring for her. That is how I found her, after calming her down we went home. They aren't even trying anymore. They used to be the gold standard around here. Now they barely bother to pretend to care. Just go to benefis at least you know what expect there. The great fall clinic master of pass the buck doctoring.

I showed up to get blood work done and a staff member was at the check in window speaking horribly about another staff member and the loss of their child. Incredibly poor taste I absolutely will not work with the Great Falls Clinic again. Shame on the lady speaking ill and the ladies allowing this to even continue on. Beyond disgusted.

They saved my life October 2020. Best care from the Immediate Care, Emergency Room and the staff at the Hospital. I've been going to the Great Falls Clinic since 1995.

I have had to act as my own advocate with OWCP. They are not helpful with anything. I have been waiting since August 16 for an appointment and they keep getting the authorization request returned because they aren't filling the forms in correctly. OWCP has even asked why I am calling and not the doctor. I am still waiting and its September 20.

I went to Lisa Edminster in the women's health department and she is excellent! I recommend her! She explains things well, and takes the time needed. Her nurse Kacy is super great too! Also, I go a Nurse Practitioner (J Guthmiller) at the GF Clinic NW and she is excellent! She listens, explains things and her nurse is great too and returns my calls as quickly as she can. Overall I have had a great experience with Great Falls Clinic and would recommend them!

Dr. Keggi and his entire staff are superb. I moved here from IL in may and had the same doctor for 11 years. I signed up with one at Benefis and was unpleasantly surprised to get double billed. Plus the doctor made several mistakes, such as telling me to go buy glucose monitoring equipment, without a prescription and not properly documenting my current drug regime. Great Falls Clinic is like a breath of fresh air. Keggi is young, smart, fast and has a terrific personality. The same goes for his entire staff. So glad I found him!

Great Falls Clinic has fabulous dr's and facilities and yet, hands down the worst billing department. I tried for 3 mo to pay my bill, only when you call the phone number provided by Them!. it rings a few times and then says to try again later. They ended up sending my bill to collections which I was able to pay immediately. And at half the cost. But seriously, when I'm trying to keep my credit score up, and you cant even make a payment because their system is so pathetic; unfair that I get my credit dinged as a result.

Appalling service by staff and medical management. Ashley Wach, PA is completely incompetent to practice medicine and said she could tell if I had a hernia via blood test! The Clinic refused proper treatment for my medical complaint and I believe this is 100% due to my choice to pay cash for my medical services. They discriminated against me for this reason and refused proper care.

I was of course charged via 3 bills but not even given any instructions or paperwork regarding my visit for care or followup. When my son went here for abdominal pain they spared no expense running every single test and scan under the sun to fully bill his insurance well over 20k for this issue; however they couldn't even find time to examine me as a cash pay patient or offer care!

On a previous visit one of the walk in clinic doctors told me my illness was "all in my pretty little head".nice when I was later contacted by the CDC due to contracting a very serious disease from a local pool.but again it seems every condition I have is all in my head. I will never visit this facility again!

I missed my other doctor after moving from out of state, but Dr. Triehy is very nice. He has knew why I was coughing. It was a terrible cough that had me in pain. I should mention I did not make an appointment to see Dr. Triehy about my coughing until after I had been coughing for about two months. I thought I could use over the counter medicine from the drug store since it was only a cough.

I wish I had made an appointment earlier. The front office staff is also very friendly. When I came in to see the doctor today I was late by about ten minutes. They were still very friendly.
