As a mom, we want to ensure our kids receive the best care possible. My daughter and I have tried and failed with many a pediatrician. Today, we hit it out of the park. Dr Kirby-Diaz is nothing shy of amazing. I can see the light at the end of a very long tunnel. She gave me hope, she assured my daughter her feelings were valid and gave her a game plan. My daughter left confident and ready for the next step. Thank you!

Nice place, Staff are helpful, quick diagnosis, staff know what their talking about. And it took 10 minutes to get inside a room and the doctor to come in. Other places could take 45 minutes!

They claim they have an Allergy Dept but they don't have a board certified allergist. I took my 2 yr old there due to eczema. They drew blood - standard process. Lab came back with results. The unidentified nurse had me watch a 30 min VHS tape on how allergens work and how to treat at home. She then recited the video as if it were advanced knowledge and recommended we administer shots as the first form of treatment for his allergens. at TWO YEARS OLD.

Dad red flag. Her claim was "we've done as young as 6 months." I referred out to board certified rheumatologist and are so happy with treatment - no shots to date. Allergist was baffled that they claim to have an allergy dept w/o proper creds! At sons 3 yr check up, I saw Dr Cockrell. he noted the signs of eczema. I was ready. "You should see our allergy dept. ". Ohh.

I said. I'm seeing an allergist". He responded, "I'm an allergist"!. "Are you Board Certified?" Well, No. " We are now seeing another local PediatricIan. Check C&M website! Their course of action for allergy is to immediately administer shots as treatment - not fake info. Fraudulent! Please seek a Board Certified Professional for speciality concerns. Even in Gen Practice, their lobby wait times are over 45 min late, regularly! As if parents don't have strict schedules?! Seek elsewhere.

We had a lovely couple of visits! Dr. Murtaugh was friendly and kind. I had lots of concerns and he answered all my questions thoroughly. The front office staff is very professional and friendly and the nurses were also very professional and my kiddos loved them and felt at ease! The nurses also helped me so much and went above and beyond for me when we had issues at the pharmacy! I am so happy I found this place! Thank you all!

My kids and I love this practice. They always take the time to talk to us about any and all concerns. They are supportive and kind! I'm so grateful to have this pediatrician and Dr Kirby-Diaz for my children's medical needs.

My children have had nothing but positive experiences here. We love the staff and Dr. Kirby. Sometimes the exam rooms can be too warm for my comfort and sometimes we do have to wait longer than I'd like but I've never felt rushed during my appointments and my kids love Dr. Kirby. Edit two year later 2021: They've moved into a new office off of 7 highway and the parking lot is much better (the old was tricky with potholes and hospital parking).

The rooms are much better with temp control and they don't get too hot like the old office. I love their play areas in the waiting rooms. When I posted pics of my kids in their tree house people thought I was at a Rain Forest Cafe or Science City. Very neat! Again, we love it there. I'll be sad when they have to go to an internist after they're grown, such nice staff and wonderful physicians/NPs.

Cockerell and McIntosh Pediatrics as served our children for the last 22 years. They have always been professional and caring. Dr. Charlie is our family favorite. He listens and he even admitted when he was wrong. This, to me, was amazing! Dr. Vanbiber and Kirby-Diaz are equally amazing and I can't say enough about Debbie, the allergy nurse. In our experience, she is always a ray of sunshine.a tough thing when dealing with giving kids shots. I recommend this practice every chance I get. As a whole, they are wonderful.

This clinic has been taking care of my children for years. They have caring staff all around from when you walk in the clinic until when you leave. They've always been able to get appointments for us when needed and same day as well. I love this practice!

Both of my children have went here since birth (daughter now 20 and son is 15) and I have never had doctors take their time and listen to us. They have great hours and is easily to work around. They're also prompt in returning phone calls and getting what information you may need. I would definitely recommend them for your child's care.

So the new office on 7 Hwy.is AMAZING! My child (4 year old) and I were impressed! The custom play places are one of a kind. Also the wait time is short. He is cared for promptly with a caring staff.
