Katy Trail Community Health

Gets worse by the month. had a scheduled procedure for 2p.m today.got there just to be told, "Sorry, you have to wait til atleast mid January." That place is a total waste of time and money. They like to charge insurance for talking to you but not fixing the problem. Apparently, they do not know what the heck they're doing. Katy Trail Community Health is NOT affiliated with Bothwell!

Nobody ever answers the phone. I've called for 2 weeks straight LITERALLY and still have yet to talk to someone. I'm trying to get my prescriptions refilled and now I've had to go without my medicine this whole time. My Pharmacy has faxed over a request for a refill and I've still heard nothing back from them. Sooo frustrating. I sat on hold 10 minutes each time I've called and then it hangs up. The ladies at the desk are usually polite and helpful but obviously it's nobody's job to answer phones.

Only good when they actually pick up the phone so that you can book your appointment, which is next to never.

They will not take your sick kid in if you're a new patient just ridiculous even after you tell them she's running a fever then she has the nerve to give me attitude!

I absolutely hate this place. I get different information every time I talk to someone. They refuse to fill my child's meds then won't give him the right appointment we need for his meds! He hasn't had meds in a month or been able to go to school nothing. I hate them

Took my son in. nurses were very nice and helpful. the Dr did not even talk to my 4 yo. just shoved him in the seat and forced his way into his mouth. yelled at me. REally yelled at me and told me i was a bad parent because my speacial needs kid has teeth problems. told me i needed to have 2 people hold him down while i forced a tooth brush in. that man should not see children. if you have kids do not bring them there.

Oksana, the dental assistant, was absolutely the best! She is so upbeat and friendly! She talked my daughter through the whole process and kept us giggling and entertained the entire time! She is a 5 star employee! We really appreciate her kindness, professionalism, and how she made the process of going to the dentist totally fun for my little girl! Dr. Anderson is amazing as always!

I don't know why Google is posting under my business name but oh well! The bad reviews do not reflect my experience at all. This is my favorite doctor's office I've ever been to. Everyone from front desk to back office to lab to scheduling is sooo nice! I've been here twice and have nothing but good things to say. Wait time is reasonable, the nurses hold my baby during my exams and I got my lab results in a timely manner.

My doctor and his nurse are wonderful, but beware of the billing. Check all bills and payments made very close! You will not receive any bills then 2-3 visits later you will be informed of a high balance on your account. Those responsible for billing are quite rude. Also, very little information is shared regarding their sliding scale. I don't know if the information is unknown to some, they withhold information, the "rules" change as they go along or what happens. Check and double check all bills from them, even if using their sliding scale!

I loved it. They are always very nice. They see all my kids for their dental check ups. If they feel that they will be unable to care for the tooth for any reason they will tell me then refer me to a specialist. I feel that is the best thing any doctor can do.
