Carolina Nephrology

The mission of Carolina Nephrology is to provide quality healthcare services to our patients. Health professionals from across the state including Anderson, Greenville, Charleston, Rock Hill, Florence and Columbia met to discuss the pertinent issues concerning healthcare, practice improvements and legislation. TeleNephrology services involve the delivery of clinical medicine via real-time telecommunications such as telephone, the internet, or other communications networks or devices that do not involve in person direct patient contact. Telehealth is broader than telemedicine and takes in all health care services that are provided via live, interactive audio and visual transmissions of a physician-patient encounter.

To determine how your kidneys are functioning or to assist in determining a diagnosis; additional testing may be required. Please bring a complete list of all medications and the dosage currently prescribed. Be sure to include any over-the-counter medications, vitamins, or herbal supplements you may be taking. If you have copies of old laboratory values, please bring them as well.
