They practice religious discrimination describing it as a "standard of practice". If you don't vaccinate your kids on religious basis, they refuse to see and care for them. Welcome to "equality of care"!

We've had a wonderful experience with Dr. Whitehead and Nurse Liz so far. Dr. Whitehead is so compassionate and caring. He is a wonderful doctor and has helped my daughter tremendously when she's been sick and during well-visits.

I called this Clinic to schedule appointments for my children. We are new to the area so they would be new patients to the clinic. They were nice until I said what insurance I had. They said they didn't work with my insurance ( which is fine I understand not every clinic takes all insurances) but than the staff got very short with me. I asked if they knew of anywhere that did take my insurance and again they were very short and rude.

They didn't offer me appointments at out of pocket cost either. Which I would have been fine paying. Just unkind. Which is extremely sad for a pediatric office, where I would expect to find the kindest staff.

The office staff is almost unbearable to deal with. The doctors are great. After our doctor left the clinic they wouldn't see our child even though she's seen every doctor with in the group for 7 years.

Very disappointed with this office. We have been going here for a few years and made an appointment for a concern my son was having and when we got there they told us the doctor wouldn't see us because I requested to transfer out of this practice in 2018, which I DID NOT. I put in a request for A COPY of my sons records to be sent to a natural practitioner for another issue that didn't require a doctor.

So they didn't tell me when I made the appointment but waiting until the day of and we were in parking lot waiting to go in and said they left a message which I didn't receive, must be old number. I tried to explain that it was not a transfer but she didn't care. I called the other practitioner and they said they are not a primary care and it didn't say in the paperwork that you were not going there anymore that it was just for copies which they do with offices all the time.

I am upset and feel stuck now. I don't fell like this Dr truly cares about his patients as he would have seen him because of the issue we were going in for. If they would have told me when they ask all the info when you make the appointment that there was a problem I could have gotten it taken care of before hand.

I made an appointment for my sick daughter and we are out of state. I called back once I found that her insurance was still active to see if they were in network. This experience was the worse. This woman was rude during our conversation once I had told her about my insurance. I asked her if she had any idea where I might go that could help me. Her response was that if I wanted to use my insurance I would have tongo back to that state. Not a welcoming experience and felt very discriminated.

My son was seen by Dr Whitehead this morning and was very kind and compassionate. He listened intently and reassured my son as much as he could. We really appreciate Dr Whitehead's thorough evaluation and sincere concern that our questions were answered. He also ensured test results were quickly communicated. His nurse was just as compassionate and knowledgeable. Thank you!

I take both of my babies (A two year old and two month old) to Dr Susan Thomas, and she is absolutely WONDERFUL! She takes care of your children as if they were her own, and always makes you feel so comfortable and welcome (even when you ask a ridiculous amount of crazy questions). I've never felt rushed and always get seen on time. You can tell she truly loves what she does and that makes all the difference in the world! I highly recommend Dr. Thomas! The practice is lucky to have her! Her nurse is absolutely incredible as well, along with the front office staff!

We have taken our 2 boys here for the past 4 years and they are amazing. The receptionists are fabulous as well as all of the doctors. Their appointment scheduling is amazing. Dr. Pinkley is our physician and he is one of the most caring and fabulous doctors around. He explains well, is open to questions and is a wonderful listener. We love the nurses and the entire staff.
