Just went there today. For Mohs surgery. Doctor Callaway is the best! I was so scared, and he made me feel so comfortable. Patrice the nurse was amazing too! She was very caring and explained every step to me. If u have skin cancer this is the place to go!

Michelle the PA is AMAZING! She's attentive and cares about her patients. I have been dealing with acne and dermatologist not listening to me. Switched to her and I am so thankful for it.

Waste of time. I was on time for my appointment and they had no respect for my time. Waited an hour and still had not been called to the back. When I went to the counter she called to the back and said that my charts/folder had just been sitting there and no one had grabbed it to call me back but others who got there after me were called before me. There was no point of having an appointment if your just going to be set to the side.

Excellent experience! The staff and Doctor Squire were very courteous and professional. The office is extremely clean and the procedure that I had done was relatively painless and quick. Examination was thorough and they took time to make sure that all of my questions were answered. I definately recommend this place to others who need a dermatologist.

Never again! I went in for a painful Pillar Cyst removal on the scalp (I've had done before) which turned into the removal of two side by side cysts. For reference, one was 1.1 cm and the other was.6 cm. With this being said, the medical assistant, Sam I believe, took out child sized scissors (she pulled out of the drawer) and cut chunks of my hair out despite my complaints for the excess then followed up with using a disposable razor.

It was uneven and way larger than necessary. While it's understood some hair may need to be removed for a clear margin (competent professionals try to removal minimal amounts), the margins of my hair removal was relatively 3inch by 3inch (actually measured) leaving a big bald patch. She apologized and said, "you have enough hair to cover it." The only reason two stars have been placed is due to the P.A. Ken Johnson doing a good job of the actual removal but, he was fine with this gap of hair loss as well. I guess they didn't care. I thought dermatologists were supposed to help with pain and insecurities not create them.

Love this Dermatology office, staff is great and friendly been going to this office off and on for about 13 yrs. Ken Johnson hands down is the BEST! He knows exactly how to treat your skin. He has mine crystal clear! Thanks Ken and Staff! :

I had the Mohs surgery on my ear. Dr did a great job. It's a long procedure but the nurses and assistants helped make me comfortable.

Good luck getting an appointment here. As a person new to the area with a spot on my skin that I really need checked, along with a psoriasis flair up, I had hoped to find a dermatologist who could help me. This place refused to schedule me to address my issues and said as a new patient I would need to wait 3 months for their first available new patient appointment, regardless of my needs.

The scheduler then proceeded to tell me that I should call other dermatologists until I could find one willing to see me sooner for treatment. I sure hope this spot isn't cancerous.

Dr Squires took timeto explain everything several times before procedure. Emily in billing reviewed and spent extra time to explain costs and benefits. Janet called the day before to review and confirm. Nurse Cristal was gentle and made procedure very comfortable. Thanks guys!

Very helpful & friendly front desk staff. Was able to get an appointment quickly with Dr. Squires. Nurse and doctor were very kind, thorough and knowledgeable. Wait time is very minimal
