Being new to the Springs area, I was looking for a new ENT. I was happy to get an appointment fairly quickly, especially since I was having a lot of ear and sinus pain. However, I just felt uncomfortable the whole time, very impersonal care. After, I then come to find out that the office canceled my follow up because the Dr took that morning off. Their billing department continues to bill me after I paid the day of the appointment and has not returned my calls. Overall not well organized office.

I was a new patient and expected to have to wait to get an appointment, but got one for the same week. Every person I came in contact with was friendly and professional. I was seen at my appointment time. Dr. Beckman knew exactly what was causing my dizziness and gave me a simple treatment plan to eliminate it. I am very pleased and grateful.

I hope their treatment of patients is very good. As to time spent waiting on hold for someone to pick up the phone - not good patient service at all. 12+ minutes? Especially when trying to FIND the office for an appointment that is in a few minutes, and my GPS hasn't updated to what I later discovered is a new building by St Francis. Please - add to your staff so your patients can be helped on the phones as much as in the office.

Dr. Beckman was amazing. He eas very thorough with what to expect from surgery and heard me out on any concerns before and after the procedure. I definitely appreciate his amazing "bedside manners?" If you will, he's very kind and patient which is almost out of the norm in the specialty fields these days. Thank you so much CO ENT!

Dr. Galloway is an excellent ENT doctor. He is very thorough and talks through possible solutions with his patients. ENT is a specialty that can be impacted by many environmental factors so he works to understand all of those factors as well. Very caring and very personable. Highly recommend him for any ENT related issues.

I enjoyed my appointment with Dr. Galloway. He took time to listen, answer all my questions, and checked everything I was concerned with. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease, even though we discuss things that were uncomfortable to discuss. I would definitely refer anyone that's looking for a good ENT physician.

Dr Kim Welsh is outstanding. I've seen her three times now and my appointments are always on-time. She takes time to answer all my questions and she never rushes me. I really like that she wears hearing aids - I trust her opinion and insight on the subject more as a professional who is also a hearing aid user. I was extremely impressed that she was able to navigate the VA system to get me my hearing aids quickly. Her approach is no nonsense - she will not waste your time. My life is better after meeting Kim - she is great at her job and can make a difference in your life.

Dr. Smith performed a sinus procedure on me. His communication to me was excellent. I was awake for the procedure. He told me what he was doing every step of the way. Then his staff called me the next day to see how I was and confirm with me my post-op appointment date and time. Great ENT office! I highly recommend Dr. Smith.
