This place is a joke, they have no regard for customer service, and operate like a 1990's doctor office! Do yourself a favor and find a different Doctor, I boarder line think these guys are frauds the way they operate.

I can just say this if you take any kind of anxiety medication Mr. MacDonald will just tell you it's because of that. I shouldn't even of said anything. And I have been tired and sleepy since I was 13 years old. Did not go on anxiety meds until I was older. Thanks for your help! The review below me about how he treats people is absolutely true. Do not waste your time or money here. If you have certain problems he will caulk it up to that and don't care to find out

Very difficult to understand what is happening in this office. I called, asked a question and was either hung up on or disconnected. I called back, got a different person who then interrupted me so much that I was unable to ask any questions.

This was by far the most frustrating appointment of my life. After waiting for over an hour, I finally met the doctor, only to be told that he refuses to treat me based on my medical history and treatment of chronic pain. He is certainly within his rights to refuse me as a patient; however, Dr MacDonald's lack of tact and horrible bedside manner/communication skills with his explanation prompted me to write my first ever review. I left the office in tears, as I have never met a doctor that had absolutely no desire to help or offer practical solutions to a patient. Very disappointed.
