Scheduled appointment delayed by 25 minutes. Do not think that I received best care. Ended up leaving facility at 4:30pm which was a little longer than I anticipated. Friendly staff but reception area seemed disorganized. Several upsells that insurance did not cover. Rx glasses seemed pricy. Probably beacause of Covid inflation causes. Do your homework.

Scheduled appointment was 2:45pm and doctor was 25 minutes late. Was advised of an hour of detailed interface with doctor with probably 20 minutes at best. Really did NOT get this full hour of detailed attention. Friendly staff but office seemed disorganized. Price for sunglasses was overpriced. While I had insurance, several instances of upsell strategy to add to basic insurance coverage. Refrained from paying any more than I had to. Do not recommend moving forward.

Both doctors take their time with you and help you understand your eye health. Great place to schedule your next eye care visit!

Dr. Tatiana Ratzenberger is outstanding! She is so compassionate, kind, knowledgeable, patient, and dedicated to her profession. Words can't express how thankful we are that she is our eye doctor. She went above and beyond helping my husband with his recent eye episode. Thank you Dr. Ratzenberger!

This was my first time coming to this office and I was blown away! They had an awesome selection of frames and the staff helped so much with my vision insurance. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, ExpertEyes was unable to verify my vision insurance, which i most certainly have. While I do believe they put in a good effort to verify, I did call 3 hours prior to my appointment to provide them with my insurance information. If they would have done their due diligence to verify my insurance prior to the visit, they would have known they would have issues and could have prevented the inconvenience of me making a trip out there. If you choose to go here, ensure your insurance is verified prior to the visit.

Don Sosnoski -Patient since 2018 I became a patient of Dr. Ratzenberger a number of years ago after disappointing experiences at a couple of large optical centers and large practices where I was treated as a number.quick eye exam, sell some glasses and out the door. With Doctor Ratzenberger I have received very personalized care and extremely through eye exams with a pleasant focus on explaining everything.

She has the latest equipment and thanks to her expertise was able to detect very early signs of my Glaucoma. Happily, her treatment has continued to hold the Glaucoma in check and I can assure you that I would never trust anyone else with the health and protection of my eyes. If you care about your eyes and those of your family, I highly recommend the practice of Expert Eyes.

Dr. Ratzenberger is amazing, treats you as if your her only patient, very thorough, takes her time in explaining everything. I had a Traumatic Brain Injury, her medical experience is amazing, she diagnosed me with Midline Shift, put me in special glasses to correct it, amazing it worked, many other doctors didn't caught it. Her dedication to her patients is exceptional putting their needs at high priority. She is such a valuable asset to the industry. The staff is so friendly, helpful & professional. I will not go anywhere else. This place is Exceptional in all aspects.

Where to start! If I could give more stars I would because the staff and service provided here is worth every second of your time! Long story short, Ive had an eye injury for some years now and was told by a multitude of other offices that I would just have to essentially live with it. Dr. Ratzenberger was the first Dr in almost 13 years to not accept that as an answer.

She went above and beyond patient care and made certain that I was walking out of her office with the best possible eye care and vision I could. Dr. Ratzenberger fitted me with a scleral lens in my eye with the injury and I couldn't believe the difference in vision! For almost 13 years I lived with being told I would ever see better out of it and today I walked out with 20/20 vision in that eye!

Absolutely amazing and a smile from ear to ear. She brought normality back into my life and I couldn't be more thankful of her and the absolutely amazing staff who make you feel right at home! I not only gained a great Dr for years to come but also family at Expert Eye! Thank you all for your dedication and providing above and beyond eye care! Outstanding in so many ways! Thorough exam and great selection of the latest styles and quality of eye wear! Dr. Ratzenberger is extremely conscientious when it comes to the safety of her patients, and especially during Covid. The Technicians are total Pros and so very nice and patient. I also found their prices are extremely reasonable and less than other Eyewear practices. Will continue to be a lifelong patient and highly recommend Expert Eyes! A+++

Dr Rotz at Expert Eyes was FANTASTIC! Her as well as her entire staff were a pleasure to work with. They were extremely helpful and patient with both my 6 year old son and I. I was the difficult one though because I couldn't figure out how to put my new contacts in my eyes to save my life. The ENTIRE staff offered me assistance and advice and even stayed overtime after closing to continue to assist me. These people are truly wonderful. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Came in with my kids for an eye exam and had the most wonderful experience! Dr Ratzenberger is so patient and kind. She gave my kids the most thorough eye exam they have ever had. She explained in a way I could understand both my kids vision issues and made recommendations to correct them. We also ordered their glasses from there and the kids LOVE their glasses. We will never go anywhere else!

STAY AWAY if you wear contacts. They are not proficient at finding a proper fit. I've worn contacts for 15+ years and never had an issue with several optometrists throughout. My first experience with this place and the contacts are horrible. I feel them every time I blink. My wife was also in for contacts, left with a trial pair and they said "oh, you'll have to come back in two weeks for the fitting since we don't have the proper contacts." Annoying enough already.

Three weeks and we're back for the fitting. They don't fit appropriately. So they order a different size and we're told to come back. Three weeks later and we're back again for the third time. They don't fit again. What a surprise. My wife says "why can't I just order the trial pair that worked from the beginning?" "Oh, alright.

I guess we could do that." Coming up on three weeks from paying for the contacts and still nothing to show for it. Seriously. months have gone by now and we don't have proper fitting contacts. This place is ridiculous.

Dr Ratzenberger and the staff at ExpertEyes go above and beyond. I was greeted with warm smiles and expedited through the check in process. First impressions are spectacular and the staff go above and beyond to meet the needs of its patients. The office design is welcoming and comfortable along with their state of the art equipment! Dr Ratzenberger is one true "expert" in my eyes.

I have a corneal condition in which I have a great amount of scaring and due to this, I have lost vision in my left eye. Part of being an "expert" is that Dr Ratzenberger specializes in corneal diseases and has the additional training to appropriately manage my condition unlike other eye doctors. She understands the difficulty in having an optical exam because in my case it is always challenging.

I have to have different prescriptions in both eyes as well as correction of a significant stigmatism. All this aside, she displays patience while performing the optical exam and explains in detail what she is doing and how she can better assist me in living my best with my eye condition (I cannot say the same about other eye doctors). Besides the expert care that Dr Ratzenberger provides, the staff after the exam goes above and beyond to provide real honest and appropriate feedback without trying to up-sell you like other optometry offices often do when choosing eye wear.

The choice of eye wear that they have is amazing! There is something for everyone. I highly recommend Dr Ratzenberger for all disease conditions, especially Corneal diseases as well as regular eye care. You will find her staff friendly, accommodating, educated and motivated to ensure you live your best life through their "expert eyes."

This place is under new ownership! I Love Dr Tatjana and will go anyplace she works. She is great at her job and helps however she can. She's one in a million and I'm lucky to have her as my doctor.

Not a very good experience. New glasses were weaker than my originals and reading is now a challenge. They would not fix the problem.
