Don't know why the poor reviews. Only have had positive experiences here. Staff is very professional. Christina Kaker is the absolute A++ best physician in the entire world. We are very lucky to have found her. Julia did an excellent job sucking the blood out of my arm with a giant needle, I didn't cry. Thanks

I called to get an appointment to see my doctor and discuss/ get a referral for the monoclonal antibody treatment after getting a positive PCR test. Since I have not been there in two years they said I needed an in-person appointment. However, they would not give me an in person appointment because of my diagnosis and therefore NO REFERRAL. Zoom? Not an option.
I can't seem to think of a viable reason why a zoom appointment was forbidden. Zoom has kept the world running and it's the perfect alternative for someone wanting to see a doctor when they have covid. The woman on the phone mentioned there is a walk clinic at RWJ. She didn't know which RWJ and couldn't give me any information on where to go. I explained to her that my 11 year old son also has covid and a long drive and potentially long wait in an ER is not possible with a sick child.
No compassion, no direction and zero advice on what to do. If your going to deny someone medical care at-least be informed enough to point them in the right direction. I ended the call extremely frustrated. I can't seem to understand how a doctors office can implement a policy like this during a pandemic. Please consider revising this so your patients can have access to proper medical care when they need it most.

My wife went to get a covid test, they told her it was a sinus infection gave her a prescription told her she could go back to work and to the stores, 7 days she still did not hear from the doctor, but the board of health called to say she has covid. Stay away from this place nobody seems to know nothing.

I never leave reviews but I had an awful experience. I called to schedule an appointment and the receptionist would NOT let me make one because I'm an essential worker and she said I have to quarantine 14 days before coming in (even though I just checked and last Friday the CDC dropped the quarantine recommendations a lot of places). I literally can NOT quarantine for 14 days because I NEED to work and can't take off 14 days in order to be allowed to come in for a healthcare appointment.
She proceeded to mean laugh at me before saying "we have pregnant women here you can't come in" in an awful tone and I felt like I just got slapped in the face because of my essential job I'm required to still go into. If I was a pregnant woman working at an essential job because I was required to and also needed the money, would I still not be allowed to come in either?
And why would I come in if I felt I'll in the first place? Plus I would get a temperature check before the appointment anyway. I just think she could have handled it better because it made me really, really genuinely sad after I got off the phone and ruined my whole day. I felt like she was being mean to me for something I didn't do nor can control.
I've made other healthcare and dentist appointments this month and they all welcomed me with open arms even though I literally could not quarantine 14 days before coming in. I'm perfectly healthy and get temperature checks with my job and I really NEEDED this appointment for my health. I called another place and they scheduled me in right away so I guess in a way I'm thankful I didn't get to come here.
I don't think anyone should be made to feel so UNWELCOME or bad for having an essential job where they literally can't quarantine before coming in. I, and every other essential worker, should be allowed to make appointments just as much as anyone else in the world.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. Staff is beyond rude. Tried to fax my blood work to them by both myself and by my other doctors. My doctors and I were both unable to fax through the bloodwork and when letting them know that was told to "keep trying". Then after physically walking in my bloodwork they lost it! Obviously as I was upset trying to talk to the staff about this, the office manager told me I was being disrespectful! Dr. O'Hara was dismissive of my symptoms, wrote me off as a "young adult that's healthy", and lacked communication. Super upsetting. If you want your health taken seriously, do not trust this practice!

As a new patient having recently moved to the area, I can say nothing but good things about this medical group. Easy to make appointments. Quick response by on-call doctor. My doctor, Dr. Wright, treats me with respect and takes the time to communicate. Refills are provided quickly unless I need a followup, which is standard practice among all doctors when dispersing drugs. Recently, they were able to fit me in for a semi-emergency situation. The front desk people are busy, but if you speak up, they will listen. They are discrete when discussing my medical information. I like that.

Honestly - they're a money grabbing institute. I've been seeing them for 15+ years and now when I need them they can't help.called for refill on a prescription that I need and wouldn't give it to me. Wanted me to come in for an office visit (was there within the last few months) - and its over 45 mins away. for a simple prescription. Really not helpful. The lady who called me back didn't care, and quite frankly didn't help whatsoever. I recommend finding someone new, someone who might actually care.

We have been with this practice for over 10 years, and have nothing but the best to attest about them. Friendly, personable, caring staff, genuine and attentive and always willing to accommodate. We have never been told to go to ER because it's a Saturday PM if a kid is sick, we received concerned follow up calls when my daughter was toddler that had bad asthma episode (now teenager).
We have moved out of Hunterdon County 3 years ago but remain committed to this practice simply because when you have such dedicated family practice why chance it with trying to find someone new?

I have been going here since I was a child but recently I have had nothing but problems. It seems when they say it will be 24- 48 hours to fill a prescription they mean it will be 48 hours in the last 8 months I have never had it take less than the full 48. I have had them misplace my prescription, and forget to fill it after I called (which they admitted to) Most recently I called on a Monday (the day it was due) and even after 48 hours did not receive a call back when I called on Wednesday to see where the prescription was, they told me that the doctor would give it to me on Friday when I came in for a physical and told them no I wanted it immediately as it was already past due.
I had to call back two more times finally reaching a nurse in tears and the nurse promised me it would be filled on Thursday and I could pick it up. Once again I was not called on Thursday so Friday morning before my appointment I called again and I told the very nice office manager what had happened and she had record of all this back and forth and all of the ignoring of my requests.
Finally when I met with the PA apparently the PA had made the decision not to fill my prescription as "you were coming in Friday anyway" I told her my prescription was due on Monday and she argued with me that it was up on Thursday before she checked her laptop and saw that it was up on Monday. Basically this PA caused me to go a week without my prescription due to her negligence. Additionally, I wasn't told before my physical to fast for a blood test or be ready for a urine test so I had to come in on a separate day to do the blood test wasting more of my time. I'm not sure what has happened here but they have truly slipped and I am in the market for a new doctor.
