Services
Dan joined our practice in 2010 with over 13 years of experience in managing both the clinical and administrative aspects of a busy OB/GYN practice. Dana consistently provides the highest level of patient care and services for all of our patients. A liaison between patients, staff, and Dr. Kutlu, she is accessible to answer any question and support our patients every step of the way as patients are her top priority. In her free time, she spends time with her husband, two teenage children, and her Labrador retriever.
Thank you for putting me back together (a much-improved version) and for doing so in such a kind and comfortable office environment. The time you spent with us discussing options, the process, and related areas meant a lot. It's a scary time and having someone spend the time to answer your questions means everything.
Dr. Kutlu is a well-established plastic surgeon with a reputation for excellence and for abiding by the highest ethical standards. He has demonstrated leadership in his field through his service to the New Jersey Society of Plastic Surgeons and was elected by his peers to represent the organization as its president for 2008-2009.

Dr. Kutlu and his staff are genuinely caring and very professional. My elderly father had to have multiple surgeries for invasive skin cancer and Dr. Kutlu did an amazing job! Dana, at the front desk, was always so helpful and truly caring at trying to always accommodate us, as it was very difficult to travel with my father due to his dementia and declining health. Dr. Kutlu personally made the follow up calls to check that all was well, even on a weekend when one of the surgeries was particularly involved. I would highly recommend Dr. Kutlu and I am very thankful for his wonderful work and his awesome staff.

This is how doctoring is supposed to be. Dr. Kutlu takes the time to patiently and precisely explain what he is planning to do. He listens to concerns and collaboratively makes a plan that suits every individual. In addition to his impeccable bedside manner, his surgical skill and precision are unmatched and the results he achieves are beyond what you can imagine. He is an example to us all, as a doctor, as a trusted advisor, and as a provider with unparalleled skill and expertise. What a pleasure and a privilege!

February 11 2021 Update to this nightmare. So instead of doing the right thing guiding me around the billing warden to get the doctor paid and avoiding more bad publicity, they now sent me a collection letter. All they had to do was assist me with getting the insurance company to pay them. I have too be honest, Dr Kutlu was great but having to deal with his staff isn't worth the frustration. December 2020 Frustrated Very frustrated with Dr Kutlu's staff.
The doctor was very kind and considerate during and in the follow up visits. The problem started after getting bills for several thousand dollars and did not understand, so I called and spoke to the person that handles the billing. I explained the situation in about the bill and She said she would get back to me. Months later, I was still getting these bills and I know they not correct so I call again.
The same billing person answered and said the insurance company sent me the check vs. Dr Kutlu. I was shocked to hear that she knew this was the issue costing the doctor thousands and didn't rectify it. I said okay well I did not get a check so please contact the insurance company and I will be happy to sit on the line for a conference call to get this worked out.
She said NO, this is not my problem you need to handle this. I said I don't know who to talk to, so why can't you just call. She refused to help me and then threatened to send me to collections vs. working out a conference call. I said so you would rather send me to collections and collect over 2k vs. assisting me the customer. She said yes that is exactly what I will do. Dr Kutlu, even though you were great, the people that work for you reflect your reputation as well.
A rational person would have just helped the customer. So many times, I have dealt with people like this and often nobody shares this information with the owner. Please help me help you.

Dr. Kutlu did my eye lid surgery. I am so happy with the results the scars are almost invisible. My friends say i look years younger. The staff was always friendly and supportive. my questions were always answered in a manor that I understood. I would recommend Dr Kutlu to anyone who heeds plastic surgery.

I would highly recommend Dr. Kutlu. I was first introduced to Dr. Kutlu when having to rush my son to the ER for a split lip. My son was young at the time and it made for very difficult circumstances. I was amazed at how calmly and patiently Dr. Kutlu worked to stitch him up amidst the chaos in the room. In later years, I was left with challenges due to a surgical procedure I had undergone.
After accepting that I would need another surgery, I decided would reach out to Dr. Kutlu, and I am more than glad I did. Dr. Kutlu is a skilled doctor. He takes his time and cares greatly for his patients to make sure they heal well. Best of all, he is knowledgable and personable. His staff is friendly and always willing to help.

Dr. Kutlu is an excellent surgeon with a great bedside manner. He stitched my 2 yr old daughter's upper lip in the emergency room. He was calm and kind throughout the process and her lip healed quickly with no issues and minimal scarring. Follow up visits to his office were pleasant. His office staff is so kind and friendly, they went out of their way to make my daughter feel comfortable. Highly recommend.

I brought my mother to Dr. Kutlu recently after he was highly recommended to her. She needed surgery to remove squamous cell cancer from her legs as well as needing skin grafting to heal the affected areas. Prior to her first appointment my mom was very apprehensive and concerned for her well being but after meeting Dr. Kutlu he put her at ease right away.
He was calm, patient and professional in his manner and after the entire ordeal she was relieved and so thankful for all he did to help her. He even answered a nervous phone call from her on a Saturday morning! Dr. Kutlu's staff is friendly and helpful as well and we also highly recommend Dr. Kutlu and his staff to others!

There are no words to express not only my feelings but my husband's as well with regards to Dr. Kutlu and his entire staff. Dr. Kutlu was recommended to me after I was not happy with the breast surgeon I was currently seeing. After being diagnosed with breast cancer and not sure what course of action I was going to take, I decided to get a second opinion and the rest is history. Dr. Kutlu's confidence and caring manner was what convinced me that we not only found the right surgeon but we gained a friend.
He recommended to us the best treatment and we had no doubt that he was going to do an excellent job and he did. There really are no words to describe the care he took with my reconstructive surgery. What he was able to do was beyond our expectations. He truly is a miracle worker and I'm so grateful and truly blessed that I listened to my heart and went with Dr. Kutlu.

Dr. Kutlu was able to resolve a several month injury to my Mom's leg after the first plastic surgeon she had was unsuccessful. He possesses a caring and warm bedside manner, he was honest and tried the least aggressive treatment first, but then did do a skin graft surgery late January. Within one month the wound has completely healed and my mom was discharged!
She is so happy and thankful for his acumen and skillful work. We couldn't be happier. Special mention to his nurse, Dana, who was not only adept and organized with the typical things you would expect, she was so helpful in coordinating home nursing services, financial issues, and even the processing and purchase of a necessary medical device for use at home. Fantastic service!
