Route 53 Medical

Been waiting 45 minutes for a drug test & physical. My appointment was at 2 o'clock & they put me in the room at 1:45 pm. It is 2:30. What's the point of making an appointment. It is now 3:20 & I am still waiting for the doctor. 3:30 and I finished. So an hour & 15 mins for a drug screening & physical. Y'all can make the decision.

My 1st appointment was wonderful. The doctor was very caring And made sure that he addressed all issues before I left. I was scheduled for a follow up 3 days later at 9:00 a.m. I showed up for my 9:00 a.m. appointment and the woman at the front desk the front desk rudely insisted that my appointment was not until 915. Despite having an appointment card that said 9:00 a.m. she rudely told me that she was here when the appointment was made and it was made for 915 which was a complete lie.

The doctor is great but if he wants to keep patients He needs to get a new front desk Person. It's a shame because I was really looking forward to seeing the doctor again Mama but the way the woman treated me I refuse to go back there.

Had a fever and it was a saturday morning. My normal doctor wasn't around so I made the trip over here and turned out i had an infected cat bite with MRSA. Doctors thoroughly explained what happened and gave me reassurance all would be well with treatments they had provided and they were correct. Also they were helpful to those who do not have health care as well! Very educated and staff all around!

I have extreme White Coat Syndrome and the wonderful staff here does a great job keeping me calm. I know it's embarrassing for a 50 year old man to be like this, but it is what it is. I feel so comfortable here I ALMOST look forward to having my blood drawn, LOL! They don't take insurance but they are worth every penny.

Excellent doctor and staff. Clean facility and easy to find. I highly recommend office over any other Urgent Care Center.

Went here and had worse experience ever! I called before I went to make sure they could accommodate what I needed, they said sure waited over an hour in exam room for them to come in and say they couldn't do what I needed because nobody would be here on Saturday to check results! I was upset so they called a sister site that said come down here and we can so they sent me, and wasted more time to find out I was misinformed again! Nobody knows there job there apparently! Do not waste your time there you'll only be disappointed! They are not professional and they were rude to me.

I was feeling really sick, and couldn't get into my regular primary care doctor. I called Cervone's office as soon as they opened. The staff took me immediately, and Dr. Cervone confirmed that I had the flu. He was very thorough and I wish he was my primary care physician. The whole office was very professional and caring.

I went to Route 53 Medical Associates this evening after being up all night with an empacked ear. I am thrilled with service, kindness, friendliness, patience, care and explanation of each step of my procedure. Dr. Cervone is a wonderful physician. Very down to earth and friendly. It was like talking to an old friend. He was very thorough and took time to explain every step of the procedure he was going to perform on me.

After it was done he told me to sit there in the exam room because he wanted to ensure I wasn't dizzy. When I was ready to leave he took my hand in his helped me down and held onto to me take make sure my balance was okay. Even his office sraff are very sweet and friendly. Never had an amazing experience like this before. He really cares for those he treats. I very highly recommend Dr. Cervino!

This was the best urgent care I had been to in all North Jersey from a kind, knowledgeable, assisting staff all the way up to the onsite physician and nurse practitioner. I have finally found my final primary care physician after years of not being content with five other local urgent cares. The other urgent cares are very quick, non-helpful and overall have an inaccurate diagnosis and then prescribe drugs erroneously with that false diagnosis.

To find good family medicine is very hard to come by these days as primary care physicians operate in a fashion and practice in which will ensure reimbursement from the insurance companies. If you are looking for primary care that is not compromised by the health insurance industry then Route 53 Medical is your must choice in local urgent cares. I first came to Route 53 in desperation after a motorcycle accident with severe road rash, in need of stitches, x-rays and other complications and from the doctor all the way to the staff knew exactly and timely how to handle.

I was given drug samples to get me started, an arm sling, brace for my knee and had scheduled follow ups all before I left that day. Since then, the kind esteemed doctor is always so welcoming when I am in for other minor, common symptoms he always remembers his patients. I finally have the relationship with my primary care I was looking for. Hope this helps those looking for a new urgent care.

Do not go here. All they care about is charging you for every last thing and they don't even tell you about it until after. I took my wife there to get a physical and shots for a visa and it ended up costing over 700 dollars! They gave her shots that she had already had less then a year ago without my authorization and charge exorbitant amounts for them.

They also gave here a blood test that I didn't even know they gave her until I got a bill in the mail for another 150 after I thought I was done paying for everything. I'm just warning you. This guy wants to charge you for every little thing and will give you unnecessary things as well. Go there at your own risk.
