St. Clair Pediatrics

I felt I needed to share my experience after seeing a series of unfortunate reviews on Google and say that this office has been nothing short of wonderful. I've only had the opportunity to see Dr. Apeksha and she's been informative, understanding and prompt in following up with information I needed. This office will answer and give you a responses for any concern you bring to their attention, the nurses are absolutely kind and patient and I'm glad I found this office. They have made time for me and worked with me on sensitive issues.

My kids have been going to St Clair pediatrics for 13 years. We started with Dr. P, who has moved on from this office. We started to see the other doctors and practitioners and all was just fine, no issues. When my kiddos were sick, they would get them in. When we have our annual physical, and vaccines, everything was fine. Until this year. I have tried 6 times to schedule an appointment for the kids yearly physical.

Not one time have they called me back. They have changed to a new phone system where you cannot ever speak to a human, you can only leave a message. Well they fail to return the call. 6 TIMES. I would hate to see what would happen if my kids actually had a medical issue, or if I even had a question to ask them.no way to get them an appt. Unreal. I will be getting my records and moving on.

Sad to say but no choice at this point. I just wanted to share this info in case anyone was unsure about going here. By the way, I still haven't gotten in or a call back, it's been at least 2 weeks

Military community/ and those who move frequently. We recently left St. Clair pediatrics only because my daughter is more comfortable with a female provider. We loved Brittanie and Katie and knew my kids were truly cared for, but sometimes the experience of a MD is needed and I wanted a female MD option. Trying to receive my children's medical records has been a nightmare, my new pediatricians office has been trying for 6months.

This week I called and spoke to two different people who assured me they'd send them right over once they received the request- That didn't happen. Today they finally sent over vaccination records with a note saying once we receive payment we will send over full records. Both times I spoke with someone I was NEVER told about a fee for medical records.

I called and I was told it'd be $70 for my children's medical records before they release them by FAX. I know this is a huge military community and people move often so beware when you join this practice that when you leave, you will be charged to have your records sent to a new location.

We love Dr. Garrison and St. Clair Pediatrics! I knew immediately from our pre-natal visit that this was the pediatrician for our family. As a first-time mom who also prefers to take a balanced holistic approach to health. I find that the staff at St. Clair Pediatrics are always willing to listen, give us time to ask all of our questions, respect our role as parents and provide helpful guidance and education to us. Most importantly, our daughter loves them! We highly recommend!

Place is clean, staff is nice. I like the little "Play-bus" they have in the waiting room. My son always gets excited when we leave because they always hand out stickers. Only complaint I would have is that they call you back to the room with your child way to soon, and you end up waiting there for quite a while for the Dr. Improve that and it would be perfect-

We just went in for a well visit (August 2019) and Katie, NP was amazing! She listened, asked great questions, and made sure my questions were answered in full with resources given to me in writing. My son was very comfortable with her and the other nurses and not a tear was shed during his shots. Our family feels so blessed to have St. Clair Pediatrics to rely on!

St. Clair Pediatrics is a great place to take your kiddos! They are all super friendly and truly care about all of the kids that come in. Our favorites are NP Kelly Harres and NP Ginny Peter! They are both amazing with my kiddos!

I love Saint Clair Pediatrics! Dr. Garrison and Ginny are just wonderful. I switched to this office since having my second baby, and it really was the best decision. I am so happy here, and I would recommend them to anyone. They are great with babies and kids, but they also have a way of making parents feel good about the job we are doing as parents as well. They are great at explaining things, and they also take the time to get to know you and talk with you at each appointment. The staff is small and super personable!

Dr. Garrison is the most knowledgeable, thoughtful, experienced, and level-headed pediatrician I have ever had the luck to find. He is the standard that I will hold all future doctors to. I am so grateful to have my daughter in his care, and I greatly appreciate his personalized approach to her medical needs. I highly recommend him to anyone with children.

I love this place. We were frustrated military parents looking for a better doctor than what the base was providing. We decided to try St. Clair Pediatrics and have never regretted it. They have a very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were able to diagnose my daughter's problem in one visit compared to the military doctors never be able to despite multiple visits. The people there love what they do and it shows.
