I switched doctors when my son was 6 mos and I'm very happy with the attention I've received here. Dr. Eisenberg is great and so is the rest of his team!

Completely disappointed with this office. I tried to make an appointment for my child who really needed professional evaluation and right referral from the doctor. After 3 months of trying to make an appointment, we never got it. We called several times a week to get an appointment and they always we're leaving me on hold for 40 minutes and then saying : we will call you back. Finally, my appointment was scheduled through teleportal and I still didn't get it.

When I called the office after waiting when they will contact me, they told me that the office was already closed. I actually received a reminder that my appointment is scheduled. Today I gave up with trying to see Dr. Eisenberg and made a decision to change our pediatrician. It's so horrible that such a great doctor has a such a terrible staff at the front desk. I wish I never had this humiliating experience in my life. Will never recommend to anyone.

If you have an urgent matter that needs feedback and advice from a nurse, they are not reliable. The suggestion was to call back 24 hours later or go to Urgent Care. They wouldn't talk to me about which of the two make more sense. That's a very wide range of scenarios. Completely useless. Don't understand how this place is operating. Definitely enroll your child somewhere else. Note: this was not a one-off but happened on 3 separate occasions.

We love it here. I am a mother of 3 little ones and I have always been given great service from the Doctor and staff. The wait time have gotten a little longer than before however when I am with the Doctor I do not feel rushed. He takes his time and answer all of my questions (I usually have many) The nurses are super nice, the front desk staff is always very friendly and works with me to set my appointments for all three of my children in one visit.

We love Dr Pearlman! She is your ideal Doctor! Loving, caring and straight to the point. My wife and I could not be more happy for over 4 years now. And our Daughters love her too. Thank you Dr Pearlman for being amazing!

My daughter has a lot of weird non common food sensitivities and it has taken such effort from Dr. Eisenberg, Elena the NAET specialist, and our family to finally get our 9 month old to where she is today. Any other doctor wouldn't have been able to diagnose her allergies through standard means and elimination diet because nothing she is allergic to is a common allergen.

I am so thankful for all of Dr. E's Holistic recommendations and approach. If we were at a traditional practice by now my daughter would either have or be on the path to much more severe illnesses such as asthma. In the middle of it all she even had some severe reflux and when it came time to decide if we should use meds or not, Dr E worked with us to find other ways that wouldn't have all the potential scary side effects associated with reflux meds.

We have a long way to go but the holistic / scientific balance this practice provides is exactly what I wanted in pediatricians for my daughter. I also see a lot of notes about bad office staff in other reviews below. But I have a great relationship with every single one of them! When you are kind to people and understanding, people are kind right back.

It seems like many of the bad reviews of the office staff stem from situations in which the office staff had to ask the patient to do something they didn't want to do and so they wrote a bad review. What is wrong with being careful and wearing masks in the current world we live in as with CDC recommendations? The front desk girl knows my daughter by name and always says hello and helps me pleasantly.

I also find it relatively easy to make an appointment and generally do not have to wait unreasonable amounts of time. I am beyond happy with my experience at Miami Beach Pediatrics and am so thankful for all they continue to do for my daughter.

Luke a previous review said, I am only here for the Doctors. Front desk staff is terribly rude or just not friendly at all like you want in a pediatricians office. I would definitely consider finding people to represent your office who actually like their job and make parents and kids feel welcome. Drs are wonderful, there's no doubt there.

Horrible place, as I quickly opened the door to let my fiance and son inside the office I caught the front desk nurse scrambling to put on her mask so I won't see her. Full of tattoos, we are in a medical scene please be professional and cover up. Asked for our toddler to put a mask and got confrontational, we are coming to a so called holistic practice and yet you want me to put a mask on my child but you can be with yours off? Us parents had our mask on but this location denied service to my son because of not having a mask. Horrible experience and staff.

I switched here from my long-time pediatrician due to vaccine issues and the fact they're more holistic than most pediatricians. Can I say IM ONLY HERE FOR THE DOCTORS! The front desk staff is extremely rude, they outright complain in front of patients, act like they hate their jobs! Again, Dr. Perlman and Dr. Eisenberg are amazing, the nurse or assistant that takes vitals is also pleasant but that front desk staff and whoever answers the phone is horrible and either need some customer service training ASAP or to be replaced. Solely here for the doctors who are great!

Dr Eisenberg is the best pediatrician we've had experience with. We love taking my daughter to her visits and checkups. We chose him even tho he's a half hour drive away because his office and staff are so pleasant. We usually don't wait more than 5 mins to get seen, especially when we come on time; - it's so worth it. His office gives off a very homy vibe.

Everyone knows you and is so friendly. The office even has 2 separate rooms for well and sick patients, making us feel very secure. When we had an emergency and we were going to the ER, Dr Eisenberg stopped whatever he was doing to speak to us and help us out. He is patient with his patients and isn't pushy. He has a balanced mindset of being generally holistic minded and also medically minded. He makes every patient feel as though they are the only ones! My daughter always leaves happy. I highly recommend his practice and service!
