Horrible place to go for an appointment or for walk-ins spoke to the office manager Miya she has no professional experience didn't handle my problem professionally and could care less about what I had to say or what the patients feel. I requested to speak to her because she is the office manager, but unfortunately she didn't care about my frustration and told me to shut up as I was talking to her

We came just to transfer records for my 3 year old from California to Florida, we had baby w us too. We had to wait over 4 hours to be seen by doctor. They have to do better scheduling. I never had to wait for so long when especially I pay full price for the visit. In California or Nevada it's never more than 15 min waiting.

Miami Beach Community Health Center is an outstanding clinic, best clinic I have gone to so far. The staff is very attentive, and friendly the ladies in the front desk always make you feel welcomed, and go out of their way to solve any problem you may have. The doctors are kind, and down to earth same for their assistants. Best part of it all is that it's affordable, so if you don't have insurance I definitely recommend going to this clinic.

I had previously scheduled surgery and they didn't have my preop ready on the scheduled time. When I went to the clinic to see what happened, the nurse unprofessionally said my surgery was not a priority one.another day, mother was sent to a specialist they never sent the medical records. She waisted time and money. I recommend people to look for other options when looking for good quality medical facility.

This place was a nightmare on multiple levels. Administration was instructing me wrong information and a doctor Navarro was horrible. First day I was waiting one hour to find out they are too busy to give me a doctor. Second day: 1. I came at 6 45 AM, the administration nurse checked me in and said I can go out, have a coffee and come back since I was 7th in line.
I was waiting 4.5 hours and finally my turn came. Nurse said she can't see me since I need to go to cashiers first. The line was huge. I was in disbelief, how can you make me lose my spot and send me back to check in? I signed some papers and came back finally, but they said now I have to wait for 5 more people in front of me! I was there already 6.5 hours at that time!
I finally saw the doctor to do my annual physical exam but, she said she can't do my Pap smear cuz I was walk in (on the phone they said I could do physical as a walk in), she never examined me, just gave me lab work order. I haven't been 3 years at the doctor and I have only one time a year annual and I got nothing out of it. She was very rude and I was in her office only 2 minutes.
At that point it was 1 30 PM and I was exhausted and stressed out to wait again for blood work. If you are unfortunate to go there, do not go to dr. Navarro. And administration is not capable of doing their job properly. This was one of the most unpleasant experiences in my life.

Absolutely horrible place. Extremely slow, staff rude and not accommodating. Nurses incompetent. Registration process very slow. Test results coming out wrong. Bad test dropped for lab. Even with appointment they don't honor your visit and let you see the doctor hours later. While some staff is working hard on registering patients others are just wondering around unwilling to assist.
Shout out to Dr Stain and few ladies at front desk only. Everyone else has a "I'm so sorry, it is what it is!" approach. Very very bad experience over and over again. Not recommended to anyone.

You will spend no less than 4 hours waiting for service. Doctors don't even care to arrive 3 hours after your appointment time. A nurse will take your vitals then send you back to wait for the self glorified doctor to arrive. After a good 3 hours the doctor starts seeing patients so you wait again depending on your appointment placement! It's then you get rushed through your medical visit out the door. If you have insurance don't even set foot here. Third world country clinics are better than this shameless establishment.

HORRIBLE. Wouldn't recommend. Waited forever on hold for the operator to tell me I cannot be seen for months, then hung up on me when I asked for a supervisor. The woman sounded like she was on drugs, her language was extremely unclear and almost impossible to decipher what she was communicating - and she definitely did not want her supervisor involved in the conversation.
