They never verified my insurance benefits - made me pay as self pay. Front office staff was not helpful at all and stated it is the patients responsibility to know their benefits. Which I know my benefits- but why wouldn't the clinic check prior to my appt.

I was so disappointed with this practice, was given referral by primery care Dr for a rash that has been in existence for 8 months. My Dr exhausted all tests, meds, salves, and soaps plus MRI and x-rays. I was seen by a nurse and given steroids and antihistamine. He wanted a follow-up to do the same tests my Dr had already done? The one star is for the front desk staff who are polite, professional and courteous.

Waited 45 minutes in the lobby and 15 mins in the room with no communication. I understand emergencies happen but there should of been " hey, something happen it's going to a minute. This happen do you want to wait or reschedule." To me this is a disrespectful to a customer time.

Not a good experience in the Mansfield office. The PA I saw was not personable and seemed to be in a rush. The entire appointment literally last between 2-3 minutes. He asked maybe 3 general questions, said to come back in 3 months and left me with the assistant to go over the prescriptions. Definitely not going back.

I have tried to reach the Mansfiled spa by telephone to make an appointment and left messages and have not received a return phone call. How does anyone get an appointment at this place? Your BIG loss- truly. This is pathetic to not have someone to answer the phone in the spa. There are way too many other places to go that will be happy to have me as their client.

My visit today (4/20) was absolutely terrible! The ladies at the desk in the procedure area were downright RUDE! They flat out lied to me about my charges and are trying to milk money out of me that I don't owe. They should never treat a patient the way they treated me today. The way they talked and looked at me was downright disgusting.

I went to my appointment today and this being my first time at a dermatologist ever I had a couple different concerns and when I expressed that to the doctor, he told me I could only ask 1 more question because he has other people he needs to talk to. I would say I'm shocked, but this is the reason I can't stand doctors anyway bc they truly don't care about you.

The fact that I even had to pay after being told I'm not that important really frustrates me. I will not be returning and the only reason why I gave 2 stars is because the facility is nice, now they just need to work on hiring nicer staff.

Used the website to request an appointment because i was on hold for a very long time. 2 weeks later I received my call back. By this time i had made another appointment with a different clinic. Obviously they are busy and don't need any more patients.

If I could leave a lower rating I would. I scheduled my husband for a biopsy, I explicitly said I needed to schedule a biopsy of skin growths to test for cancer. This was a referral from a medical doctor who asked him to get a biopsy done. This so called doctor looked at the skin growths and said there's nothing to worry about and it's not cancer after a 5-15 minute consultation.

Unless he has c ray and microscopic vision and can see what somebody's cells are doing, I have no idea who told him we scheduled a visit just to be looked at. We even gave him paperwork from the referring doctor which he dismissed. Never mind the fact that I scheduled the appointment for a biopsy and they just ignored what I asked for. Needless to say, I am calling my insurance and reporting this guy for fraud in insurance billing.

God bless and protect anyone who goes to this place with skin cancer concerns, they will let you die unless you're stage 4 and it's an aggressive lesion easy to see with naked eyes.

IM very disappointed in this business. My appointment was 9:00am and I arrived at 8:20 hoping to get done as I had another schedule conflict on my schedule, they accommodate other people for people early but not me. Reason being is due to my dermatologist. This business is very disorganized. I will never recommend this place to a family or friends.

PA Tran in the Flower Mound office is the best. Corrected the problems initially encountered with finding her office, which had changed locations, and problems with the CVS Pharmacy. She fixed the problem I had on my neck and now I can sleep in my normal sleeping position. Her office responds quickly and all of them are polite and respectful and constantly kept me up to date on everything. Hopefully I won't have any more problems, but if I do, i'm going right back to the Flower Mound office to see them.

Quick review- save yourself the frustration, waste of time and money that I've had to endure. Go to another practice that will respect you as a person and patient, respect your time and respect your wallet. My experience- I had scheduled a procedure over the phone only to show up to be told I was scheduled a "consult". When I reminded them that we "consulted" during my previous visit they disagreed and argued with me about that.

It wasn't until they printed the office visit record which ironically stated on the top of the page that the visit was the consult in question. From there the staff had the audacity to gaslight me by stating that while that might be on the office visit records, we never discussed it during he visit. As if I wasn't there, as if I was suffering from dementia and that previous visit never took place.

So no procedure will happen today you'll need to schedule another appointment and pay your copay on the way out! The copay for the consult that had previously been consulted? Yup that's the one! And we'll fit you in at a later date for the procedure you thought you scheduled today. Bottom line, save yourself the frustration, save yourself time and save yourself money. Do yourself a favor and avoid the treatment I've endured and skip this practice for a better one that will respect you, your time and your wallet.

I have mixed feelings about this dermatology practice. My appointment was made on ZocDoc.com and someone called me to confirm the appointment. One the one hand I was easily prescribed medication (albeit expensive) for my two concerns, a rash on my forehead and melasma (I've been dealing with for 8 years) and both have worked incredibly well! Like a miracle.

I did not experience any rudeness with the front desk ladies as other reviewers have described, though, when booking the appointment (just a skin check of my moles) I was told they are so overloaded with clients trying to get skin checks (due to holding off because of the pandemic) they could only check half of my body. Well. Fine. I guess half my body checked is better than none, however I doubt there will be any sort of discount when I have to make another appointment to check the other half of my body. Dr. Herlihy herself was nice, listened to my concerns and quickly accessed half of my body, removing two suspicious moles to be biopsied.

I have melanoma on both my parents sides, so it's kind of a stressful situation. A week later I received a voicemail that they had my results and wanted to go over them with me. I called back but was waiting half an hour, the automatic call waiting gave me an option to leave a message, so I did. I was never called back. A few days later I tried again.

Same deal. I messaged them on Facebook, they said they'd tell the front desk to call me ASAP. The Patient Portal thing I had to sign up for just has my appointment in it, but the Lab Results is still empty. So, do I have cancer? I don't know, but I'd like to think because they are in no hurry to actually inform me maybe that's good news that their benign?

The Dr. was very kind and professional, however, the front desk receptionists were incredibly disrespectful to me, my time sensitivity considering I work, and a very rude comment was made as I was leaving. If you want considerate hospitality and good customer service, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, I will NEVER visit here again from this experience.

Dr, Hoang is a nice and competent doctor when you are able to see her. Unfortunately she splits her time between locations and is never available. Chances are you will see the PA for the same amount of money. The PA will then say you need a biopsy on some obscure mole and that will cost you. My son had warts on his fingers. The PA went to town to dig them out.

About $1,000 worth of digging. Doctor finally made time and had a simple and much less intrusive treatment. Again, she is very good when available. Then there is the front office. They are friendly enough but we experienced several issues over billing. Finally, this practice insists on you using their own pharmacy. We found this to be ridiculous.

The Medical Assistant and PA were so incredibly kind and helpful. The two women at the front desk had zero personality. Horrible first impression-would absolutely not recommend this place.

Very nice practice! We moved to the area recently, and I have had several moles biopsied in the past. It was important for me to find a board certified dermatologist. Front office staff is warm and friendly. Dr. Hoang was very thorough and listened to my concerns. I liked that they photographed moles that she wanted to "keep watch on" for future reference.

Love this office. Receptionist are always very nice and on time. Dr Paige removed a small growth on my leg in seconds with no pain. Staff is great. Glad I found a derm so close to home.

I visited the Arlington location and was told I "probably" had a skin cancer lesion on my face, the Nurse Practitioner took a biospy from my face, that was over a year ago, I still have a small circular scar on my face and am very upset, She should have given me scar cream to prevent permanent scarring, but was told to "just leave it alone" now. I am spending money to have this scar fixed --it is very noticeable, as a person in the medical field, do not let anyone take a big biopsy from your face, they can do "skin scraping" and still obtain results---

I had a wart on my pinky that I wanted to get removed but I was skeptical because I have a very low pain tolerance and was worried it would be very painful. First, it was super easy to make an appointment and they called to confirm the day before so that was helpful since I'm forgetful. Second, the practice was very professional looking and stylish and I didn't wait long at all. Third, I had Dr. Hoang and she was very insightful and explained different ways to proceed and we decided to burn it off.

I was worried it would hurt even after the numbing but I didn't feel a thing! In fact I was looking away and had to ask if she removed it yet and when I looked down it was gone. Very quick, effective and painless! I will recommend this place to anyone who has any dermatology needs!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Shah and her staff. The entire office staff was professional and the office environment was very clean and inviting. I went in for a concerning spot on my lip and after seeing Dr. Shah she suggested that we go ahead and biopsy it to rule out any concern. This was stressful and concerning to me and she immediately suggested that I call my husband to see if he could join me.

My husband couldn't get off work for a couple hours so Dr. Shah, despite her completely full schedule, told me to come back in whenever that afternoon. She got me right in when I came back in and got the biopsy taken care of quickly and professionally. Her MA called me back only a couple days after my procedure with results and was very informative and helpful. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for dermatology services!

Beautiful office right by the Presby, the staff and Dr. Shah were very professional and answered all my questions. I never felt rush and the wait time was short, I will recommend to friends and family! Also I didn't have to wait long to get an appointment because this is a new office, they got me in the same week, AWESOME!
